General Banking Officer:
- Account opening working, documentation and filling
- Clearing and Remittances
- ATM balancing
- ATM claim handling and adjustments
- Resolution of customer issues on a day to day basis.
- Deposit fluctuation reports preparation and reporting.
- Being treasury branch of State Bank, carrying out the instructions sent by SBP.
- Credit of salaries of Govt. employees and Pensions forthwith in relevant accounts as per received
instructions within KPI of 1 day.
- Acting Operation manager in absence of operations manager of branch.
Credit Officer:
- Gold and other loans risk assessment and reporting etc
- Preparation of reports regarding loan portfolio.
- Recovery of loans.
- Reduction in NPLs.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly reports / reconciliations & preparation of various management reports
within the stipulated timelines, analysis and recommendations for improvement of existing processing.
- Attending various trainings at Staff College to keep the knowledge up to date.
Liability Sales Officer:
- Procurement of low cost deposit through CASA deposit mobilization.
- Increase in loan portfolio of branch.

Area Sales & Services Manager:
- Develop strategies to increase the business portfolio of branches of the Area
- To assist Area manager in efficient managing the affairs of branches in Area
