  • 1. Criteria Outstanding Fair Needs to improve Pronunciation Students were clear during the debate due to their appropriate pronunciation. Students were clear during the debate but with some errors of pronunciation that difficult the comprehension of the exercise. Students were not clear in the debate. It was hard to understand the exercise. Use of expressions Students followed teacher’s instructions and used the required vocabulary and expressions learned during the last sessions. Students only used some expressions learned in class. Students didn’t follow the instructions given in class. They didn’t use vocabulary or expressions required for the exercise. Coherence and connection of ideas. The debate was well connected and was easy for the audience to comprehend the exercise. Interventions among participants were well connected and the debate had a coherence. The debate was good but in some cases the ideas and interventions were not clear or coherent. It was difficult to understand the debate due to the lack of coherence among interventions or the sequence of the debate.
