3. INTRODUCTION
Mr.Devendra Kumar a young self made Social
reformer. Ladli foundation is a leading grassroots level
non profit organization know for implementing
impactful and innovative social initiative to provide
equitable healthcare education and life skills to
uplift vulnerable section of the society.

4. In is internship provide unique opportunities for
learning outside of academic setting. It exposed me to
now tasks and help me learn goal specific skills to
complete those tasks . Internship also gave me
experience with technology , people and projects that
me relate to my career goals.
It was a social internship , which was of 6 months period.
We were allotted 4 topics to workshop , write and spread
awareness in the school community and fifth assignment
was related to research techniques and we had to
complete SWOT analysis tasks.

5. BLOG POST
In social internship, I got the task in the form of workshop .
I made the children aware and before the beginning , I
prepared myself how to speak in front of the mirrorI. I
rehearsal the speaking I learn how to speak in the front of
the children our coordinator is the one . Who decides that
which class do we belong to which section do I which
children of which class .

6. I discussed the topics with my parents and cousins. Our
workshop videos were uploaded on YouTube channel
photos on Twitter and linked in . All my relatives and
family member them and It was a proud moment for me
and I felt very happy and confident.

7. KEY LEARNING 🔑
We have learned a lot from this Program
like team leadership, workshop, social
skill, content writing, expand our
knowledge of a particular field .
It lead to the development of teaching and
mentoring skills and created a deep sense
of accomplishment.

8. IMPACT
Social internship program provide firsthand
experience, and personal growth. Taking internship
provide with a host of benefits that helped me learn
how to perform specific task better but that also
helped me avoid personal problems in future.

9. KEY TAKEAWAYS
What ever I learnt from the workshop, I used to tell it to
our parents , cousins, sister, brother and those create
awareness in our house neighbors or the people nearby ,
I could known about malnutrition, tuberculosis, drugs
and substances abuse, and HIV AIDs. How these are
spread or what are their causes prevention and
treatment people should know about all these that is
why we do workshop so that we can spread awareness.
There are key takeaway from each task .

10. CHALLENGES
When second assignment of Tuberculosis was
assigned I did face problems of pdf merges of
article report writing and make in 10 MB . Could
not find the merge pdf.

11. In third assignment I faced challenges of report
writing.
So during fourth assignment I could so all my tasks
at my own so challenges gave me Learning how to
over in 1-3 come the problems.

12. EXPERIENCE IN WORKSHOP
AND COMMUNITY FIELD
When were preparing a workshop the teacher
coordinator decided which class , section , period, time
, and day all these things will happen. Before ddoing
the workshop, I tested myself internship front of the
mirror whether I am able to speak properly or not and
after that I did the workshop in front of children . We all
attended community workshop, created our circle and
became aware of these things.

14. PERSONAL
STRENGTH
Self discipline is the ability to work hard without much
oversight, which is a strength that employers often want
interns to have . If you are self discipline you are more
likely to have a strong work ethic and complete task with in
deadlines. So I learnt how to make myself self discipline.

15. Time management skill can help me complete all of
my tasks by or before deadlines. As an intern showing
. I can manage my time effectively can build trust
between me and my supervisor.
So I learnt Time management skill while working on
ddifferent Tasks given in social internship.

16. WEAKNESSES
I did not know how to make
ppt report , articles what I have
to say in the community
workshop.
All these things that I did during internship
program went wrong , It could happened
because of my teacher coordinator because she
guides us on how to do it . I want to thank my
teacher coordinator.

17. OPPORTUNITY
Internship can show how a institution developed
leaders rather than just learning about in the
abstract. I can observe excellent time management
skill and make a note of those I want to emulate .
May Learn about value able collaboration and
cooperation skills.
