1. The Squeaky Clean Legacy

2. This chapter of the Squeaky Clean Legacy is brought to you by Sam and Julie Goodytwoshoes, a set of
almost totally unplayed spares. Sam here is Daisie Mae's youngest brother but one, and I told Julie I'd let
her have a baby if she played hostess. Probably. I've had about enough of babies, and here's why. . .

3. When we last left the Squeaky Clean Legacy, the Goodytwoshoes (Daisie Mae, here shown holding baby)
and her husband, the former Remington Harris, had just had their ninth and tenth children. The first four
didn't count, as they were boys and boys cannot inherit in this estrogenoriffic legacy. Daisie Mae seemed
about to lose her little pixelated mind, as she's a Knowledge Sim, but Remington didn't mind. Believe it or
not, he didn't roll the fear of having a baby until after #10.

4. Whatcha up to, Remington?
"Observing this artful copy of a Norman Rockwell magazine cover from ModTheSims2. Seems
appropriate."
He's right. The Squeaky Clean Legacy is dedicated to the proposition that nothing can ever get too
wholesome or too pink. There's no such thing as extra or premarital WooHoo--in fact, there is only Try
For Baby, and as you've seen, when you do that, the babies can really stack up.

5. Of course, babies mean children, and children mean a headmaster visit. The reduced fun decay and
eventual extra two hours as teenagers might be worth putting up with this. . .

6. . . .even though this is what a typical headmaster visit looks like around here. Daisie Mae has ten
charisma points, or did, and she makes a mean Lobster Thermidor, but it doesn't seem to matter. Aaroc,
who writes the Elfin Legacy, pointed out that the Goodytwoshoes needed more rooms to show, and more
expensive stuff. But could that be done while still keeping it House O Barbie?

8. It's pink, isn't it?

9. Ah, a nice typical day at the family toy shop, where sims like to stack up at the display window, stomp
their feet, and yell. I have no idea why they do this, but I wish they'd stop. No, you cannot walk through
the bay window; give me a break.

10. Part of the Squeaky Clean contract stipulates that the married-in husband must take over the family toy
business. The babies, the LTWs, the family name and the honor, such as it is, are hers--the toy store is his,
father-in-law to son-in-law. While this is technically not "bloodline," it makes it harder, not easier, as
teenagers can't be "groomed" to take over. Here's Remington, Captain Heroically working on his gold
toymaker's badge, which he duly earned.

11. So what's wrong?
"It was Shane! I've built his toy store up to a level five! I listened for hours while he Passed Along business
tips! I made Clown in a Boxes until I about fell over--why is he so sore?"
Beats me. Shane, the founder's husband, was a sweetheart of a guy but he's a very grouchy ghost, and
his favorite target is Remington here. I think he's touchy about Remington using his favorite toilet.

12. Now here's something we didn't see much of before: spontaneous heart-farting. Until I adjusted their
turnons, Daisie Mae and Remington had a very cool marriage indeed. Now they're forever flirting and
goosing and telling dirty jokes to each other. Cute, but annoying, as before they could be counted on to
help the kids with their homework--now they get sidetracked.

13. The new Olympic event--synchronized toddler-tossing.

14. Ladies and gentlemen, Miss Liza Minnelli!

15. Chrissy Stratton always tags along with Remington on birthdays.
Wolf Gal: "So Miss Stratton, do you stalk Daddy because you are pathetic and have no friends?"
The answer to that would be yes.

16. Go ahead kid, yell your little head off, I'm just happy that you're the last this generation! The last!
Heeheeheehohoho.
This is probably Grace, although it could be Charity. They look pretty much the same even when they're
not photographed from this angle.

17. Daisie Mae's brother Mortimer, the oldest of the Squeaky Clean generation two, called her up to catch up
on old times.
Mortimer: Congratulations on getting married, sis!
Daisie Mae: Where have you been? That was twenty-some years ago!
Mortimer doesn't know that, Daisie Mae. He's a newlywed and thinks you are too.

18. Well, it wasn't that long ago for another couple. Yes, my simself is now the Professor Formerly Known as
Butters. She's marrying Flavius Marius, the walking punchline from Blite27's the Ten Caesars Legacy. This
would be why the groom is wearing a fetching orange dress.

19. What? I did it for the aspiration points. See? They both rolled the want!

20. Of course, it was the social event of the Sim season, with everyone turning worshipfully in the direction
of the mighty cat beds. I was wondering why Daisie Mae was trying to show up the bride until I realized
that I haven't changed her formal wear since her wedding. My bad.

21. SimMe: All I can say, hon, is that if I have to be married to a Popularity Sim, thank goodness you don't
want twenty simultaneous Pet Best Friends.
One of this generation's potential heiresses, Moonbeam Goodytwoshoes, actually does. How you're
supposed to keep up with pet best friends, I don't know. Email?

22. Here's Moonbeam, awfully cute and fresh from hitting the top of Law Enforcement for teens. She's a
Libra, 3/7/4/3/8, and as I said, she's Popularity.

23. Moonbeam's sister Delightful here rolled Romance--a tricky proposition for a Squeaky Clean Girl, even if
her LTW is Celebrity Chef. She scores her first kiss off her fellow Weiner World employee, Genesis, who
was not her first pick (that would be Dustin Broke). Genesis, however, was her friend and therefore easy.
She's a Sag; 3/9/9/10/4.

24. Delightful: Heh. Documentation.

25. Daisie Mae: I suppose you're going to make some smart remark about my crustifying?
Wouldn't dream of it. Now blow out your candles before you set the house on fire--it's full of guests.

26. And it is, including a couple of simselves. Renee, aka cowforbrains, is one of Daisie Mae's pals and
wouldn't miss a party. Without her advice on what to do with unnecessary spares, Daisie Mae might still
be suffering with a house full of boys. And who's that lurking around near the piano?

27. I had been wondering where Marina, aka smoothiequeen87, who writes the Fitzhugh Legacy, had been
hiding herself. Turns out she's a successful business woman, and if Daisie Mae hadn't switched careers,
we might never have known. But she's sneaking off to ogle the cute kitties.

28. Well, that and take a bubble bath. Blite's not the only one, evidently. See Purple Bunny's Piratical Legacy

29. Remington: Yum, yum, Professor Butters! You're looking svelte these days!
The P Formerly Known as B: Yeah, that's because Flavius keeps coaching me at this stupid punching bag. I
have to max body skills if I want to be a Master Criminal.

30. Rosie: Ooga-booga, Remington!
Remington: GAAH! What was that for?
I don't know, Remington; the last time our foundress' ghost showed up it was because you had been
talking to some married lady you had two bolts for!
Remington: But there's nothing in my want panel! Nothing at all!
I know. Which is more than I can say for your wife, who keeps rolling the want to flirt with Flavius. Stinks
to be you.

31. Flavius: I thought you said I was safe from Aunt Renee here?
You are. But I'd stay away from the mushroom canapes, just to be on the safe side. I can't promise
nothing bad will ever happen to you, you know.

32. Hmm, Remington, I'd say that's more like it, except that I have to go spork my eyes out now.
Every day is GirlSkillFest around here--toddlers yanking rabbit ears, potty training, children learning how
to do homework, teenagers getting ready for college, teaching the cats new commands.

33. Here's Remington teaching Sunny how to clean with that odd little gun, but it could just as easily be chess
or reading or the surgical dummy or the easel or the plants or the piano or the Execuputter--well, you get
the idea. So it's not surprising that everyone needs a little recreation from time to time.

34. Especially Delightful.
Genesis: Oh, sweetie, I'm just the luckiest girl in the world! I can be sent to college and made playable,
and then we'll graduate together, and we'll get married, and maybe even boolprop some babies!

35. Delightful: Um, sure, honey, sounds like fun. Hey, if you make out with me, I could "pull some strings at
work," you catch what I'm saying?
Delightful, you little fibber, leading that poor Family Sim on.
Delightful: I can't hear you. Too busy making out.

36. Remington: Hello? Captain Hero home from work here? Mailbox dance? Somebody give me a hug?
Anybody?
Sorry. Your daughter is busy doing a spinoff of SimGirls Gone Wild and the Iron Chef in the driveway.

37. And your other daughter is busy making fun of the nanny.
Moonbeam actually has eight nice points, like her daddy. But nannies wetting themselves are just such a
laugh riot, y'know?

38. Moonbeam and Delightful are off to college now, and their adventures will be in a different chapter. But I
couldn't resist giving you this sneak peek of their Greek House, the Goodygirls Sorority, where your
sisters really are your sisters.

39. Wolf Gal is trying to finish skilling and get abducted by aliens, but she keeps getting interrupted by
Grandpa Shane. As a Knowledge Sim--LTW, Chief of Staff--this doesn't bother her much, and her
Sagittarius personality, identical to her older brunette sister, Delightful, isn't much different from a
werewolf's anyway. It seems like destiny, but I don't know how much longer she can just mooch around
the house looking for wolves and aliens.

40. See? She's almost done skilling, thank goodness, and she's hit the top of the medical career.

41. Her sister Sunny has also made it to the top of her career, athletics. Like her older blonde sister, she's
Popularity, and she's also a Libra, though her LTW--Hall of Famer--is a lot more doable. With her hair
done like this, she looks a lot like her grandmother.

42. Sunny's almost cute in her llama costume, as opposed to just stupid-looking. She's my favorite for heiress
right now; we need a new aspiration, instead of another Knowledge or Family Sim. She's earned her
bronze flower-arranging badge--someone has to be able to make snapdragons after Daisie Mae dies--and
Dad has Passed Along several business perks already, but an heir poll is still a possibility.

43. Of all the pet commands, this has got to be the silliest. I'll just quote Nicole Hollander here: "The trouble
is that cats won't flush, and they won't use an unflushed toilet . . .Most cats prefer a minor celebrity to
perform this task, like a game show host, but your ex-husband will do if necessary."
However, Sugarcane's learned all the pet commands now and reached the top of the service career, so
it's time to look for a cat girlfriend soon.

44. See what I mean? Skill, skill, skill.
Daisie Mae isn't wearing a Thinking Cap to skill Wolf Gal faster. She's trying to build back her own
charisma after another bad chance card. Technically she could retire now, but it would be nice for her to
get to the top of the business career even if it isn't a want of hers. Plus, she'd like to max her skills again.

45. Two Popularity Sims and a Romance Sim at college are going to need a sentry bot if they don't want their
trash can kicked over all the time. But no one's shown any interest in robotics. Where can we find
someone geeky enough to get a robotics badge and then open a store?

46. No, not my simself--Mortimer. Mort's a Knowledge Sim like his sister Daisie Mae and a huge science nerd.
It wasn't too hard to convince him to get his silver robotics badge--and yes, he earned it--and then open
up a store. Everything in the store is priced average, and family gets no price cut, so it's perfectly legal for
the Legacy family to shop there the same way they would at any other store.
Thanks, sweets. You're hideous but beautiful, you know that? If my simself were going to marry a spare,
it would have been you, but thankfully you adore your wife Edith, who can help you sell stuff with her
gold Sales Badge.

47. And there's Edith at their place, bought through Motherlode Mortgage and Loan. Not shown is me
explaining things to Mortimer in the backyard. Flavius and my simself strolled up as walkbys and--hey--
isn't that Renee?

48. And we all stayed for what seemed like hours and hours and. . .
Flavius: I dunno, Aunt Renee. I just want to be friends like I always want to be friends with everybody
even though my wife says you'll probably try to kill me.
Renee: Oh, that Professor Butters. What a kidder. Let's bond over a friendly game of chess.

49. Flavius: Well, sure and--hey, wait--you cheated!

50. You say that again and I'll have you killed four ways to Sunday, kiddo.
Renee (aka cowforbrains) guest stars in a lot of Legacies, but in the Ten Caesars, she's married to
Augustus Caesar and a kill happy psychopath Roman Queen. She's also Flavius's aunt, of course.

51. Remington: My dear little girls need school supplies.
Yeah--a sentry bot, a munchie bot, and a big fancy stereo system. They're really studying hard.

52. But it's nice of you to go shopping for them and--what's this?
Remington: Diane asked me on an Outing and I figured I'd just say yes for a change.
But why are you playing poker with Renee?
Renee: Shhh. There's one born every minute.

53. Daisie Mae: Ohhh, I'm so tired. Can I retire now?
You might as well wait for a couple of days--you don't work this weekend anyway. But congratulations on
making it to the top of business. We could have done this sooner if you were as good at making and
keeping friends as you are at skilling. Speaking of which. . .

54. It's yet another GirlSkillFest, with Wolf Gal working on body in the background, Grace getting those weird
"cleaning" lessons from Remington, and Daisie Mae trying to get that last charisma point. Can she do it?

55. Yes, she can. There's nothing happier than a Knowledge Sim who's maxed her skills, unless it's a
Knowledge Sim who's maxed them for a second time.
Wolf Gal and Sunny are about ready for college now.

56. It wasn't at all necessary, but I sent Wolf Gal out on a date with the paperboy, Derek. While they didn't
jump all over each other like Delightful did with Genesis, they got along so well that Derek really might
get sent to college. If Wolf Gal doesn't end up as the heiress, they could wind up together.

57. The last two girls grow up into teenagers! They have totally different personalities from the rest of the
family.
Charity, on the left, is a Pisces, 6/6/9/5/8, and she rolled Knowledge, Max Seven Skills. Not too terribly
hard to do around here--all the girls had at least up to eight before they left for college. Grace, on the
right, is a Virgo--10/2/10/5/8. Extremely neat, racing around making beds for fun, and very nice, perfect
for Knowledge--but she rolls Romance; Hall of Famer. The Sim Gods have been kind; so far I haven't had
one Romance Sim with the 20 WooHoos want.

58. If you look carefully, you can see that Grace and Charity have very different faces.

59. Sunny doing her best to make sure her sisters' party is a roof raiser. And it was going great--until the
ghosts showed up. I watched it go from Good Time to Disaster in about a second flat, all because
Grandpa Shane showed up, followed by Tiny.

60. Charity: Hello? Smustle? Fun fun?
No, even smustling won't help when ghosts turn up.

61. Tiny decides to spook the heck out of his sister.
Tiny: Take that, llama princess!
Sunny: Aggh! What did I ever do to you?
Tiny: You're a girl! Mom let me die to make room for you because you're a girl and I'm not!
Now, Tiny, that's unfair. It was me, and I could have sent you to college.
I just wanted your ghost, that's all.

62. Wait a minute--is that Genesis? With twin girls? But she's a teenager, and she was dating Delightful! How
did that happen? Are we looking at some boolpropianess gone mad? Has the writer deserted Squeaky
Cleanliness for sordid, sordid antics? Well. . .
