■ Female staff should always be
well groomed.
■ Hair should be tied properly.
■ Uniform must be neat and
clean.
■ Chewing of gum/ paan and
tobacco should be avoided.
■ Uniform must be neat

■ Hairs must be short or
tied properly.
■ Proper gloves must be
worn.
■ No jewelry and ornaments
must be worn on duty
time.
■ Nails must be short and
without having nail enamel.

■ While working with food, staff must
wash their hands and wear disposal

■ Staff must be well-groomed.
■ Suitable eye protection, gloves and
clothing shall be worn during welding
or cutting operations.
■ Use the proper tool for the job. Never
use a broken tool.
■ Always wear protective clothing when
working with cables, never pick up a
cable at a splice, and never carry an
energized cable over the shoulder.

workers are working with the
machinery with sharp edges and
heavy weighted.
■ The working area must be cleaned
daily.
■ They should be alert using hot utensils.
■ Cover the wounds or cuts on hands
properly with waterproof plaster.
■ They should be provided with
safe and hygienic environment to
work in.
■ Staff must be properly sanitized.
■ Be aware of the equipment and
their appropriate application.
■ Be careful of handling hot food and
beverages.
■ Wear less jewelry while working.
This avoids entangling articles and
calling for trouble.
■ In this workers should be
aware of harmful Chemicals,
Pesticides, Fertilizers etc.
■ They are also provided with
knowledge of machinery.
■ They must wear gloves when
they are doing work.
■ Avoid giving number to the customers.
■ Drop facility must be given to the lady staff
at night.
■ At night, a security staff should always be
present inside the lobby for the safety of the
lady.
■ Protective clothing should be provided.
■ From this presentation we conclude that
Grooming is necessary in every industry.
■ Every minor point related to safety should be
seen seriously and carefully.
■ Workers should see this small points as a part of
their work and put efforts on it and help their
organization to give great output in this industry.
