SHARED WITH THE CLIENT.
PAYSLIPS ARE ISSUED MONTH ON MONTH TO THE GUARDING FORCE.
STATUTORY DEDUCTIONS AS PER THE NORMS ARE DISTINCLY SHOWN IN THE PAY SLIP.
SALARIES ARE PAID THROUGH ATM CARDS AS CASH PAYMENT COULD LEAD TO SOME DISCREPANCIES.
SALARIES ARE PAID ON TIME IRRESPECTIVE OF PAYMENTS FROM THE CLIENTS, THAT IS BETWEEN 7 AND
10TH OF EVERY MONTH.
SALARY ADVACNE IS BEING EXTENDED TO THE GUARDS THOSE WHO ARE GUNUIENLY IN NEED.

THE DESERVING PERSONNEL BASED ON CLIENTS RECOMMENDATIONS ARE RECOGINISED AND

TRAINING METHODLOGY
INDUCTION TRAINING IS BEING IMPARTED AFTER THE SELECTION OF GUARDS THAT IS FIVE DAYS
FOR THE FRESHERS AND TWO DAYS FOR THE LATRAL ENTRY.
TWO DAYS ON JOB TRAINING IS CONDUCTED AT THE SITE DURING OVERLAPPING PERIOD WITH
EXISTING AGENCY.
UNIT LEVEL TRAINING ARE ORGANISED AT THE SITE ONCE IN A FORTNIGHT ON VARIOUS
SUBJECT CONCERNING SECURITY PROCESS AND PROCEDURE.
SPECIAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE HELD AS PER THE REQUIRMENT OF THE CLIENT.
CUSTOMISED EMERGENCY MOCK DRILLS ARE CONDUCTED ON COMMERCIALS BASED ON THE
CLIENTS REQUEST.
9. MOTIVAIONAL SESSION ARE HELD INVOLVING THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF THE AGENCY.
NOTE: - THE INFORMATION ON THE ABOVE SESSION WOULD BE CONVEYED TO THE CLIENT
THROUHG MAIL IN ADVANCE AND ALSO AN INTIMATION THROUHG MAIL WOULD BE SENT
TO THE CLIENT AFTER CONCLUDING THE SESSIONS.

VP OPERATIONS – ONCE EVERY FORTNIGHT
NIGHT VISITS – ONCE IN A WEEK BY DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS TO CHECK THE ALERTNESS OF
GUARDING FORCE DURING NIGHT HOURS.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS VISIT WOULD BE TO CHECK THE GROOMING STANDARD OF THE
GUARDING FORCE, ENQUIRING ABOUT OF THE WELFARE, REDRESSEL OF THEIR GREAVENCES IF
ANY, INSPECTING THE DOCUMENTATION AND MEETING THE CLIENT TO TAKE THEIR FEEDBACK
ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND ADDRESS IT ACCORDINGLY
11. ACCOMMODATION
COMPANY ACCOMMODATION WITH ALL BASIC AMENITIES IS BEING PROVIDED TO THE GUARDING
FORCE IN THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE SITE TO ENSURE THAT EVERY ONE COME ON TIME FOR DUTY
AND TO MAINTAIN PUNCUALITY. THIS WOULD ALSO ENSURE MINIMUL ABSEENTISM AND A
REASONABLE STRENGHT IS AVAILABEL FOR ANY EMERGENCY.
CONTROL ROOM
A 24/7 CONTROL ROOM IS IN PLACE TO ATTEND TO CLIENTS QUIERIES ALL THE TIME. INCASE THE
CLIENT IS NOT ABLE TO REACH THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT AND OTHER APPOINTMENTS .
