Editor's Notes

  1. Plan accordingly. Sit with your team mates, take all the ideas, discuss with them, support all the ideas. Never dis-courage them immediately. Evaluate the ideas given. Evaluate the plan and make the team get adjusted to the final proposal. Leader should make evry1 comfortable with decisions takem by him/her.Team your team mates, what exactly is needed, what we have considered, what needs to be added and so on.
  2. A good team motivated by a good leader , will certainly see success.
  3. Help your team mates, give them full support to grow, give them limitless access to success, guide them properly so that they will never ever look back. Leader should act like a ladder. Leader should always provide a nextStep to the people around, aiming high.
