Even capital will be required for the working
capital of the company so company had
admitted two new partners nilam and sweta
who will individually bring 30 lacs of capital
each.
15.
We had started a partnership firm with 3 partners .
The sale for the first 3 years was limited to national
locations only. However owing to the demands for the
jewellery in overseas, we decided to export the gold
jewellery. As a results , we exported jewellery in the
third year. With the overwhelming response in India
and abroad, we decided to expand and increase our
turnover. Therefore we have applied for cash credit
loan in order to meet our working capital
requirements for expansion.

In the above study we have given an overview of real
jewelry market with global as well as an upcoming Indian
prospective.
There is an immense scope in Indian market as well as
in foreign market. If handled well foreign market can be a
gold mine to achieve, but of course there are various
factors which make market difficult as well.
So, decision of firm to enter in foreign market is well
thought, but poor strategy may make it a nightmare.
Various options mentioned herein are subject to choice
of management.
We have tried to analyze each of them and have given a
brief analysis for costs and associated benefits.
