Imperia business model is to enter into contract with different hospitals as operators and drive the
business of hospital towards profitability and sustainability in a revenue linked collaborative partnership.
In the advisory vertical Imperia offers end to end solutions for green field project starting from project
feasibility studies to commissioning of hospitals. I have led the business of my company through client
acquisition and then operating the hospital towards turnaround and growth.
Successfully supported the operations of 6 hospitals spanning different geographies and led
multi-location hospital operations business, summing up to a total of 2000 revenue linked beds
for business. With a deputed onsite team and off site group of experts, I managed the
operations by developing customized Sops, business plans, targets and managing quality issues
using performance indicators.
Engaged with private sector projects for feasibility reports for new hospitals, branding and
positioning solutions, business model for Operator Company- Property Company JV for
hospitals etc.
Project management consultancy for 600 bedded hospital in Punjab and one 120 bedded
charitable set up in Haryana.
Real estate promoters were sold the idea of developing multiple boutique hospitals in their
new town ship. A large realtor company in Greater Noida (West) has engaged with us and
projects are now in implementation phase.
Provided detailed project report and financial model for a 150 bedded super specialty cancer
center in Varanasi
