• Some students are ready for the transition and
some students are not ready for the transition
and they feel it difficult to incorporate the
workplace environment culture.
• They need to be better prepared to work with the
clients
• Students needs to get more exposure to work
with the team
• One of the biggest issue of the students is to
adjust with the professional world

• Oriental of new employees is their workpace
and culture
• In their workplace they have the buddy
relatioship program ,where they can interact
with each other.
• They get to know the new technology and the
way they handle different tools.

• Peer reviews, Cross presentations are their
key issues.
• Competitons
• They need to fit to their work culture more
than that they need to fit inot their soft skills.
• The main thing is to interact with their peers.

• Successful school to work transition includes

• Transpareancy is the key in this generation.
• Schools need to set up and find new ways to
integrate the professional training into their
program .
• Meeting the deadline is very crucial.
Problem Statement
Students need to learn the Soft Skills before
they enter into the workplace,because there
are too many students with the lack of
knowledge and ability to work in a
professional environment
