Student needs to learn the Soft Skill before
they need to enter the workplace because
there are too many students with lack of
knowledge and ability to work in an
professional environment

• Students needs to be tained in the school
itself about how the workplace will be.
• Students need to know how the work culture
will be.
• They must be trained to work with
professionals in the wrok place
• Skills has be updated thoroughly when they
enter in the workplace

• They need to be taught how to mingle with
people.
• There must be group activites in school where
they can mingle freely with the group wthout
any hesitations.
• Communication skills plays an important role
in the workplace.
• Students must be able to adapt the change.

• People must be free to express their feelings
in their work palce.
• Students must be encouraged and they should
be given counselling for atleast few months.
• They should be able to accept the
responsibility and it may be difficult to accept
also .
• The education what they have got should be
applies to the real world.

• Students in school should be taught about the
taxes and how they should be paid.
• Workplace culture should be encouraging and
interactive.
• The Students should feel to ask the doubts
with their peers.
• There should be some activity so that they
don’t feel the pressure in their workplace.

• Sports and yoga classes should be conducted.
• Assurity in job should be there atleast for two
years.
• They must be encouraged by giving them
bonus,awards etc.
• Certifications should be done and it should be
made compulsory.
• Presentation skills should also be there.

• The mindset about the workplace should change
.They should try to work whole heartedly.
• They must tune themselves to any situation.
• They should try not to react but to search for
solutions.
• They should feel free to express their opinions.
• Positive attitude is very important.
• They should interact with people in and around
their workplace.

• Students should take the work in a sincere manner.
• Students have a strong feeling tat they are working for money ,That
mindset needs to be changed.They should cautious about their
work and look for their career development.
• The working environment should also be changed (ie) they should
be judged on the quality of their work they do and not on quantity
of the work.
• Many informal meetings should be conducted so that student will
get to now about each other.
• Students in school must be taught how to react in practical
situations and how to handle them.
• Students must be technically strong in their field of work . So that
their confidence level increases.
