Pauline Selhi leads our service this morning. Robin Cooper, from
Trinity Church, Oxford, speaks on ‘Gospel Lives’ (Philippians 2 vs.
12-18).
6:30 pm: Family BBQ at The Mission, East Challow, to celebrate
the Queen’s 90th
Birthday, followed by a short time of prayer and
thanksgiving. Free food and refreshments will be available. All are
welcome.

‘The Servant Queen’, the book about the Queen’s life and her
faith is available to take a copy per family and maybe pass on
to someone else to read. It is an interesting book showing how
her faith has strengthened and guided her.
Pilgrims’ Friend Society have a week of prayer for our
nation from 13th–19th June. More details are available
on the noticeboard table at the back of the church.
There is a Christian Institute meeting entitled ‘Being Salt
and Light in God’s World’ in Oxford on Thursday 16th
June,
8:00-9:30 pm at Oxford Community Church. More details are

Charlotte Middlebrook and Matthew Liddiard are getting
married on Saturday 18th June 2016. Please pray for them
as they start their married life together.
‘Thrive’ leaflets, left by Robin Peake last week, are available on the back
table alongside an opportunity to sign up for regular mailings.
Donations to Viva Network can be given again this week. Please put your
donation in the offering in a clearly marked envelope.
We plan to have a shared lunch following the Sunday
morning service on 3rd
July when Dr Saheb Borgall, from
Tribal Transformations India, will be with us. It would be
lovely if many of you could join us.
