4. 1. Mr. Rajiv Kathet was born in arjundhara-9, jhapa, Nepal, on March 3,1994,
Thursday 23 years 10 month ago, into a middle class family of farmer. He
pursued his interest in social service. His father, Bhim Badhur kathet, was a
farmer, and his mother Maya Kathet was a housewife. He had a brother
called Mr. sanjeep Kathet who also started socialservice at Forward Youth
Forum and sister Alija Kathet. November 30, 2016 hewas married with Kabita
Nepal Kathet.
2. Mr. Rajiv Kathet had started his education from Shanischare High Schooland
completed slc from there. He completed +2 level of education Shanischare High
School.He was unable complete bachelorlevelof education due to work pressure
to supporthis family.
3. Work in Forward Education Pvt. Ltd. teaching computerand account.This is his
main source ofincome. He is even affiliated to Forward Youth Forum. He
teaches Basic ComputerCourse,Basic Accounting Course And Deigned & Graphic.
He even maintains the record and accountof Forward Education Pvt. Ltd. He is
share the joint ownership of Forward Education Pvt. Ltd. With Mr. Indra Pd. Giri.
4. He has devoted his one third of time in socialwork. People have different hobbies.
His favorite hobbies are reading books andreading newspaper.He enjoyreading
books when he is free. When he read books atyoung age he felt interested to read

5. book.Reading books gives him immense pleasure.According to him reading books
provide him lot of fun, reduce stress and provides different knowledge ofvarious
sectors.
5. Social works is a helping profession;the main goalof social work is to improve a
society’s overall well-being, especiallyfor the mostvulnerable population. The aim
of him is always to provide service to society. He has even want to contribute to
local temple “Arjundhara”and other local resources.He even wants to promote
sports to involve all the youth at the local level.
6.1He establishes Forward Youth Forum in 2071 BS with the aim to provide social
service. He was elected as presidentof the Forward Youth Forum . Forward Youth
Forum carries outvarious socialwork. On 13 July 2016 Wednesdayit carried out
blood donation programme in jetha chautari , sanichare bazare chowk ,jhapa to
meet the demand ofblood shortage ofblood in jhapa district . The programme was
conducted underthe leadership ofhim with technical help of Red Cross Society,
Birtamod. 38 pound blood was collected on that day.
6.2 To protect culture Mr. Rajiv Kathet and Forward Youth Forum has played vital role
in the society. By conducting numbers ofsocio-cultural programme . On 14
November2015 “Deusi Vailo programmed”was organized on the occasion of
national festival Tihar. The collected moneywas utilized for social cause. Rs 35696
were collected by Forward Youth Forum and PresidentMr. Rajiv Kathet.
6.3 On December,2015 he and his youth forum congratulate Mr.ThanshworRaithe
pioneerofMartial Arts in Nepal. It was done in second ThanshworRai open
historical international Martial Arts Competition. The token of love was provided by
Indra Pd. Giri underhis leadership.
6.4 On January12,2016 underhis leadership picnic programme was organized to
increase the co-operation among the members ofForward Youth Forum.Numbers
of memberjoined together to conductthe programme.
6.5 On January12,2016 newidea was released byhim underthe leadership ofAmrit
Khumbu and Indra Pd. Giri. The central idea was to use birthday expenses for
socialcause.The slogan was “BIRTHDAY FOR SOCIETY”. The member’s birthday

6. celebration moneywill be added with Forward Youth Forum donation and given to
local needypeople.
6.6 On January16,2016 the programme was organized to help the people who had
been suffered from earthquake. The earthquake killed 9000 life, 20000 injured and
destroy numbers ofinfrastructure. To restore the living life various programme were
conducted atlocal level. The even provided education to escape and to be
protected from deadliestnatural calamities. Locallevel awareness helped numbers
of people in the society. The active participation of members was seen in the
programme.
6.7 On January24,2016 football was organized on martus day for the contribution of
news reporters. It was the partof birthday for society. The winnerwas awarded with
the moneygenerated from member’s birthday. It was underthe leadership ofhim
and Mr. Indra Pd Giri. The winner was news reporter group .
6.8 On February01,2016 they distributed clothes for needypeople suffered from
poverty and needywomen.The clothes were distributed to the localpeople.
6.9 On March 7, 2016 they help Madan Dhakalthe journalist was helped by Forward
Youth Forum financially. They provided him eightthousand five hundred (8500)
cash as the partof Birthday for Society. This are the helping partof society. Madhan
Dhakalkidneywas totally damaged.
6.10 On March 15,2016 the collaboration between Shankarhospital took place.Under
this deed the members of Forward Youth Forum will gettwenty five percentage
additional discounts.This benefited the Forward Youth Forum to increase new
member.
6.11 On April 12, 2016 he & Forward Youth Forum helped nagendra chemjungwho
was fighting againstblood cancer. Nagendra chemjung was helped financially as
the sum of eightthousand and fifty only as the partof birthday far society. Nagendra
chemjung was in B.P. koirala cancerhospital,chitwan. Nagendra chemjung was
local residence.

7. 6.12 On May 12,2016 he help for the construction of old age seatfor old age people
underthe tree in the center of city. It was the greatcontribution for under
construction seat. It provides to conductvarious prgramme today.
6.13 On May 28, 2016 the programme was conducted for qualities development
skills. This programme was conducted with collaboration with saniarjun municipality.
He was the part of programme.Mr.Indra Pd. Giri lit the candle on that occasion.
6.14 On August6, 2016 to protect the environmentplantatation was done.They plant
around forty different trees around the nearhigh schoolto provide fressness in
schoolarea.
6.15 On November29,2016 they collected for one lakh six thousand five hundred and
ninety and donated to Arjundhara JaleshworDham.This are the social work done
for protecting society heritage.
6.16 On December 06,2016 donation was done for Mrs Ambika Parsaifor the help to
fight back cancer.The location was saniarjun-01
6.17 On 16 January2017,the amountcollected was donated to local government
schoolto increase quality of education.
6.18 On July 30, 2017,with the collaboration of local socialorganization they collected
food, money and other things for Saptari Flood.
6.19 On august24,2017 they organized plantation of flower on the bank of city with
traffic police.
7 These are the some of the socialwork done by him buthe doesn’tstop hear. A man
with numbers ofsocial work makes him significant. He came againstall the greed of
human society to help others. His passion for developmentof better society and to
do right work are great. His completeness towards socialwork make him more
significant.
