Edmodo specifically has given me the opportunity to utilize a
software that works as a PLN, VLN and mLearning through
apps

This program also facilitates discussion, and technology skills
for students

I realize that my pedagogy can integrate this kinds of programs.


highlight new learnings that you have related to the concept
chosen

Ive learned that sites like Edmodo have multiple functions and
allow me to keep items particular to teaching in a particular
software.

This works better than a VLN like Moodle because it is also
integrated with a large PLN network

There are also multiple apps that can be introduced to students
at anytime and therefore facilitate mLearning.

Edmodo

Edmodo works as both a social networking site for my
classroom and concurrently as a PLN (professional learning
network)-

This will impact my future teaching as I will be able to integrate
both a source of knowledge and PLN and also a site that can
facilitate conversation and dialogue between students.
