This document proposes developing a resource recommendation system to effectively match organizational requirements with qualified employees. It would conduct periodic technical tests and monitor daily performance to rate employees' skills and build a database for mining data to find the best candidates. This would maximize resource utilization, increase profits, and aid individual skill development while meeting functional requirements like posting needs, identifying suitable candidates, tracking tests and performance, and generating reports.
