Objective: - As I have 25 years & above experience in construction industry & being a part of developing more
than 60,00,0000sft of multistoried residential properties. Having the experience in the area of end to end project
management, construction management, contracts administration, techno commercial operations and man
power management. Has a clear understanding of Construction Methods & Implementation and sound
knowledge of the Industrial standards and Health Safety Norms (HSE guidelines) essential for commissioning

 Working as “AGM Projects” with Reddy structures P. Ltd.,133/1, The Residency, Residency Road,
Bangalore-560 025 from 2-07-2014 to till date.
 Project Involved:-
 Mahaveer Horizon consists of173 high end villas coming up in a 14 Acer land near hoodi
junction, Bangalore. From 2-07-2014 to 31-3-2014.
Scope ofwork:
 Responsible for coordinating with the entire department to complete the project in the stipulated time.
 Directing & monitoring the projects towards the finishing goal.
 Review of construction schedule,
 Frequent follow-ups with purchase department for materials requirement with respect to schedule.
 Implementation of management information system. Adhere to the guidelines derived by the
management.
 Reporting on project progress to the management, discussing & come out with a timely solution
required for the project completion.
 Responsible for coordinating with the entire consultants, to get the inputs from them well in advance
required for the project to complete.
 From 01-04-2015 shifted as a planning co-coordinator to Head office.
Job responsibilities:-
 Understand WBS structure,and work with management and project/maintenance team in the
development of work break down structure for progress measurement,scheduling, cost estimating and
project control.
 Develop work method of statement or procedure as required.
 Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required.
 Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
 Develop and implement plan versus actualprogress charts. Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
 Develop and implement trackers to monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such
as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
 Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which
required action of the associate task member.
 Develop and implement three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority
activities
 Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface
between functional team/operational team and project team.
 Participate all meeting (i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, and
construction review meeting and so on).

Pvt Ltd., from 13-06-2011 to 19-01-2013.
 Projects Involved:-
 Bluejay Aston having an area of 30,000sft, stilt plus four upper floors. Having 38 flats terrace pool, GYM
& club house.
 Mahaveer Riviera having an area of 4,00,000sft, two towers with double basement, ground plus
thirteen upper floors, swimming pool, GYM, clubhouse and helipad at terrace in one tower. Having
264 flats including 8 pent houses.
 Mahaveer Rhyolite having an area of 3, 10,000sft, two level parking, ground plus six upper floors,
swimming pool, GYM & clubhouse. Having 255 flats.
 Mahaveer Cedar having an area of 1, 75,000sft, two level parking, ground plus six upper floors,
swimming pool, GYM & clubhouse. Having 154 flats.
Scope ofwork:
 Prepare monthly execution strategies for work at project site.
 Ensure that the construction is as per the design intent.
 Conduct kick-off, weekly on site review meetings with all concerned consultants / architects and client
to achieve quality, cost and adherence to time schedule.
 Establish procedures for checking compliance with design and specification, monitor standard of
workmanship, construction methodology and right sequence in accordance with procedure laid-down
and adequacy of materials.
 Evaluate and report to client, the various tests required to be carried by the contracting agencies.
 Report progress to client on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
 Coordinate for checking of finishes, materials used for mock-ups and details executed at site by the
architect team, consultants, client and other entities, as required.
 Manage and attend all construction review meetings and report the critical issues to client.
 Establish and provide a comprehensive program to ensure and report the public health and safety
services being adhered for the project.
 Customized project progress monitoring, cost analysis and catch-up programs for better understanding
of the project status.
 Check on long lead items for procurement of materials and equipment’s to be procured by contractor
or client.

Scope ofwork:  Prepare monthly execution strategies for work at project site.  Ensure that the construction is as per the design intent.  Conduct kick-off, weekly on site review meetings with all concerned consultants / architects and client to achieve quality, cost and adherence to time schedule.  Establish procedures for checking compliance with design and specification, monitor standard of workmanship, construction methodology and right sequence in accordance with procedure laid-down and adequacy of materials.  Evaluate and report to client, the various tests required to be carried by the contracting agencies.  Report progress to client on daily / weekly / monthly basis.  Coordinate for checking of finishes, materials used for mock-ups and details executed at site by the architect team, consultants, client and other entities, as required.  Manage and attend all construction review meetings and report the critical issues to client.  Establish and provide a comprehensive program to ensure and report the public health and safety services being adhered for the project.  Customized project progress monitoring, cost analysis and catch-up programs for better understanding of the project status.  Check on long lead items for procurement of materials and equipment’s to be procured by contractor or client.
