Receivable / Payable Management: Monitoring receivables through a team of credit controllers to ensure credit
terms are properly authorized, risks associated with receivables are minimized. Conducting ageing analysis with
an aim to keep receivables under control and collections of payments, etc. Ensuring all payments are made to
suppliers within the stipulated time frame and managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters and
accounting of rejections and reconciliation, etc. Conducting regular ABC analysis and focussing on wastage
control.
Auditing: Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for
carrying out Statutory-Internal-Tax-Wages–System- Credit Control Audits . Coordinating with statutory auditors &
preparing schedules and reports for same. Ensuring timely completion of the statutory audit without any
