generators, sweep oscillators, Light power meters, RF power meters, SPL meters, microscopes.
• Excellent soldering skills of leaded and SMD components with experience at Ai 2014, KMC
Systems 2010 - 2012, as well as, solder training at Metrobility 2001, GDI 1993, and Sanders Assoc.
MIL STD Solder Certification 1983 (annually re-certified till 1986). Some fine pitch soldering
under microscope. Soldering of copper clad and etched PCBs (constructed of phenolic, fiberglass,
ceramic, or aluminum core), plus solder flex PCBs.
• Wire wrap on bare and copper clad perforated boards (constructed of either phenolic or fiberglass).
• Build electro mechanical assemblies, plus pneumatic, fluid tube, and cable wire assemblies.

discrepancies found between part list order sheet and work instruction drawings for correction of either or both
documents by them via a TCN and/ or DCN as needed.

Incoming QA Inspector / Electronic Technician
• Incoming Inspection, inspected products received from Logican for Victor, at my job site for customer. Main
responsibility, inspect Main Inverter Assembly for known quality issues and report to Logican and Victor.
Additionally, required partial disassembly/ reassembly of the unit to facilitate torque checking hardware to set as
needed and document, plus report under-torqued areas found, plus report other problems as discovered. The goal
being to reduce future NCR's and repairs of units in house and units to be returned to Logican which was achieved!
• Some test & debug also performed on these assemblies, inspected incoming PCBs as needed.
Logican is a ISO 9001 contract manufacturer. Victor Technologies mission is to design and manufacture products to solve
user-end problems with branded solutions in cutting, welding and gas control.

Electronic Technician / Incoming QA Inspector
• Incoming Inspection, inspected a variety of products and tested some. Initially trained on their older Incoming
Inspection database then began being retrained on their new system once the direct employees completed their
training on the new system.

Engineering and Production, Electro Mechanical Technician
• Built, test, and troubleshoot to component electro/ mechanical assemblies as bread-board, prototype, and pilot
production designs of products for the lab engineers on various programs.
2008-2009 contract, Recirculating Filtered Pump "RFP" & unique air-seal trocar for laparoscopic surgery to include:
• Built to design from bread-board to production the RFP in accord with training for Engineering & Production per
KMC's Quality Procedures. Evaluate w/ Systems Engineer Test “V & V” and “ATP” Procedures.
• Test and evaluation of mechanical assemblies and components which include pneumatic pressure gauges, flow
meters, and an adjustable pressure switch, some required calibration.
• Multiple internal temp measurements vs performance were documented and graphed using Excel.
• Made suggestions in which some of my ideas were taken into consideration and some modified.
The product had to meet min noise and temp requirements within the package size constraint, plus meet or exceed the
performance requirements per customer System Requirements Specifications "SRS" which included the FDA medical
standard IEC 60601, as Surgical Equipment.

2009-2012 contract, continued pilot production run of the “RFP” plus other programs as follows:
• Performed test and eval of modules and parts for refinement and reliability of our customer's blood analyzer
product. This involved taking high speed video films of injector fluid flow performance and photos through a
microscope to inspect the injector quality, one of the goals being to achieve a laminar stream.
• Assisted the design of routing flex cables, plus vacuum and fluid tubes to a complex prototype robotic blood
slide analyzer
• Built to print, a human blood collection device for stem cell separation and research, as a pilot production run of
product per Work Instructions with several suggestions made for clarification and improvements to the Work
Instructions, that were reviewed, approved, and implemented.

Repair depot Technician / Incoming QA Inspector
• Production and Repair Tech trained for assemble/ disassemble of the company's AED Plus which is an Automated
External Defibrillator.
• Called customer after test for clarification/ confirmation of customer reason for return of product as the receiving-
process to sort and shelf unit either for technician repair or return to customer if no fault found.
ZOLL designs and manufactures a variety of high quality AEDs and other heart monitor/ defibrillator units, plus rescue and
training devices, for users ranging from lay rescuers to emergency responders.

Electronic Technician
• Test, troubleshoot, repair for MRC (Microwave Radio corporation) the MTX5000 transmitter at system to PCB to
component. These radios are used for the television broadcast industry utilizing analog and analog to digital
transmission of NTSC video with analog audio; also, digital TX of ASI/SDI video with MPEG audio to be used for the
new industry standard digital television broadcast beginning Feb 2009.
• Performed test, debug, and repair of FLIR products to include sensitive analog circuits for the power supply and
cooling circuits of the IR video.
• Entered Test Yield Log and Inspector Log info into company database for tracking repairs.

1999 - 2005 Metrobility Optical Systems (formerly Lancast Inc.) Merrimack, NH
Electronic Technician
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair to component, various 10 Mb, 100 Mb, and Gig, copper to fiber media converters for
LAN and WAN networks, some locally managed, while others local and remote managed capability. Additionally, I
worked on T1, E1, T3, and E3 telecom managed media converters.
• Assembled the stand alone version of these products among many others on production line for about 1.5 years as
relief assembler. Programming flash and Atmel chips was preformed.
• Test and debug via. TCL script for our automated Mfg. Test Programs.
• Built and moved inventory, via. the Test Yield Log database, and IFS database for performing Shop Orders and
other inventory control operations, to meet or exceed ISO 9001 requirements.
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor with training records.
Metrobility is an ISO 9001 mfg. designs & manufactures PC network products - managed and unmanaged media converters
for copper to fiber connection at multi-rate, telecom, Ethernet, Fast E, and Gig E data rates, plus managed line protect/
restoration equip, for First Mile connectivity solutions. Optics includes. BWDM, CWDM.
1993 - 1998 Decision One (formerly General Diagnostics Inc.) Nashua, NH
Electronic Technician
• Cleaned, update per documentation, and troubleshoot as well as repair down to component, several types of
MicroCom modems and other modems including several full duplex channel ones.
• Serviced Wang printer driver boards and power supply boards, 3-COM ‘s 10 Mb to 10 channel RS232 server, and a
DEC 4 channel terminal concentrator unit with PC interface card.
• Serviced various Xerox copy machine boards including motherboards, fax/modem cards and memory/ EPROM
cards. Initially, the first Xerox product worked on, I established a remanufacturing procedure for a key panel (that
was approved by Xerox) then trained coworkers.
• Additionally serviced several types of low and high resolution monochrome CRT monitors.
Decision One is an ISO 9000 repair depot & acquires contracts as an OEM service center.
1990 - 1992 Whistler Corporation Westford, MA
Engineering Technician
• Built, test; troubleshoot down to the component breadboards and prototypes for the lab engineers.
• Products worked on were police radar detectors, & automotive security alarms for the consumer market.
• Worked with Lotus/ Impress and WordPerfect for documenting and creating graphs of circuit performance such as
plotting the linearity of GUNN oscillators for design evaluation, as well as to monitor finished product performance of
prototypes.
• Wrote and modified programs in hp Basic, using the BLP PC card to interface with hp test equipment under PC
control, for running these tests and plotting performance.
Whistler designs and manufactures police radar/ laser detectors and automotive security alarm systems.

• Supported Engineering which involve building, testing, and evaluating the performance of base-band circuits to be
used in M/A COM’s 23 GHZ point to point microwave radios for video and data (T1 and 10 Mb LAN) duplex
communications.
• Perform test and align, discriminators, filters, group delay equalizers, clock recovery, GUNN oscillators.
• Overall receiver sensitivity was measured by increasing the path loss via a variable waveguide attenuator then
measuring S+N / N ratio or a BERT threshold.
• Wrote and reviewed test procedures for production.
M/A COM MAC is a commercial products division of M/A COM that designs and manufactures microwave radios.
1983 - 1986 Sanders Associates, Inc. Merrimack, NH
Engineering Technician
• Assisted an engineer on a rack mounted Radar System Test Stand for calibrating a radar system which included,
build to print and provide suggestions on the design of the mechanical and electrical assemblies, subassemblies, as
well as test and debug the system down to the component.
• Created a flow chart of the hardware design, of the signal processor section, for a prototype radar system then used
the flow chart for debug.
• Set up an “in house” repair depot for two way VHF communications radios, self trained to service and align them
with another tech which involved mechanical cleaning, repairs, and torsion gear setting, also tuning and debug
down to module & component including some vacuum tubes. These radios were 1960’s vintage 50 lb. Beasts!
• Received Security Clearances.

1978 - 1983 FASFAX Corporation Nashua, NH
Part-time Electronic Technician / Assembler
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot various linear power supply boards, peripheral driver, sequencer, and printer
boards, monochrome CRT monitors and their video driver boards.
• Refurbished keyboards and printers, all products were repaired down to component.
FASFAX designs and manufactures electronic cash registers for the fast food industry.

• Obtained retail experience working part time “sometimes as fill in” at a friend's health food store, “Earth Energies” in
Nashua, NH, over a period of approximately 15 years which included employment between my career jobs!

Main responsibility, inspect Main Inverter Assembly for known quality issues and report to Logican and Victor. Additionally, required partial disassembly/ reassembly of the unit to facilitate torque checking hardware to set as needed and document, plus report under-torqued areas found, plus report other problems as discovered. The goal being to reduce future NCR's and repairs of units in house and units to be returned to Logican which was achieved! • Some test & debug also performed on these assemblies, inspected incoming PCBs as needed. Evaluate w/ Systems Engineer Test “V & V” and “ATP” Procedures. • Test and evaluation of mechanical assemblies and components which include pneumatic pressure gauges, flow meters, and an adjustable pressure switch, some required calibration. • Multiple internal temp measurements vs performance were documented and graphed using Excel. • Made suggestions in which some of my ideas were taken into consideration and some modified. The product had to meet min noise and temp requirements within the package size constraint, plus meet or exceed the performance requirements per customer System Requirements Specifications "SRS" which included the FDA medical standard IEC 60601, as Surgical Equipment. See http://www.surgiquest.com/ about the product. 2009-2012 contract, continued pilot production run of the “RFP” plus other programs as follows: • Performed test and eval of modules and parts for refinement and reliability of our customer's blood analyzer product. This involved taking high speed video films of injector fluid flow performance and photos through a microscope to inspect the injector quality, one of the goals being to achieve a laminar stream. • Assisted the design of routing flex cables, plus vacuum and fluid tubes to a complex prototype robotic blood slide analyzer • Built to print, a human blood collection device for stem cell separation and research, as a pilot production run of product per Work Instructions with several suggestions made for clarification and improvements to the Work Instructions, that were reviewed, approved, and implemented. Additionally, I worked on T1, E1, T3, and E3 telecom managed media converters. • Assembled the stand alone version of these products among many others on production line for about 1.5 years as relief assembler. Nashua, NH Electronic Technician • Cleaned, update per documentation, and troubleshoot as well as repair down to component, several types of MicroCom modems and other modems including several full duplex channel ones. • Serviced Wang printer driver boards and power supply boards, 3-COM ‘s 10 Mb to 10 channel RS232 server, and a DEC 4 channel terminal concentrator unit with PC interface card. • Serviced various Xerox copy machine boards including motherboards, fax/modem cards and memory/ EPROM cards. Initially, the first Xerox product worked on, I established a remanufacturing procedure for a key panel (that was approved by Xerox) then trained coworkers. • Additionally serviced several types of low and high resolution monochrome CRT monitors. Decision One is an ISO 9000 repair depot & acquires contracts as an OEM service center. 1990 - 1992 Whistler Corporation Westford, MA Engineering Technician • Built, test; troubleshoot down to the component breadboards and prototypes for the lab engineers. • Products worked on were police radar detectors, & automotive security alarms for the consumer market. • Worked with Lotus/ Impress and WordPerfect for documenting and creating graphs of circuit performance such as plotting the linearity of GUNN oscillators for design evaluation, as well as to monitor finished product performance of prototypes. • Wrote and modified programs in hp Basic, using the BLP PC card to interface with hp test equipment under PC control, for running these tests and plotting performance. Simoneau ewslkyoga@gmail.com Native, New Hampshire resident. 1986 - 1990 M/A COM MAC Chelmsford, MA Engineering Assistant • Supported Engineering which involve building, testing, and evaluating the performance of base-band circuits to be used in M/A COM’s 23 GHZ point to point microwave radios for video and data (T1 and 10 Mb LAN) duplex communications. • Perform test and align, discriminators, filters, group delay equalizers, clock recovery, GUNN oscillators. • Overall receiver sensitivity was measured by increasing the path loss via a variable waveguide attenuator then measuring S+N / N ratio or a BERT threshold. • Wrote and reviewed test procedures for production. M/A COM MAC is a commercial products division of M/A COM that designs and manufactures microwave radios. 1983 - 1986 Sanders Associates, Inc. Merrimack, NH Engineering Technician • Assisted an engineer on a rack mounted Radar System Test Stand for calibrating a radar system which included, build to print and provide suggestions on the design of the mechanical and electrical assemblies, subassemblies, as well as test and debug the system down to the component. • Created a flow chart of the hardware design, of the signal processor section, for a prototype radar system then used the flow chart for debug. • Set up an “in house” repair depot for two way VHF communications radios, self trained to service and align them with another tech which involved mechanical cleaning, repairs, and torsion gear setting, also tuning and debug down to module & component including some vacuum tubes. These radios were 1960’s vintage 50 lb. Beasts! • Received Security Clearances. Sanders Associates is a military defense contractor to design and manufacture complex military equipment. 1978 - 1983 FASFAX Corporation Nashua, NH Part-time Electronic Technician / Assembler • Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot various linear power supply boards, peripheral driver, sequencer, and printer boards, monochrome CRT monitors and their video driver boards. • Refurbished keyboards and printers, all products were repaired down to component. FASFAX designs and manufactures electronic cash registers for the fast food industry.
