1. MY OBSERVATIONS AND INSIGHTS
This shop has an open door, the sign is big. The
color scheme is fashionable but too dark. The
environment is not too loud, the ceiling is high
enough, and the color of the floor is beige.
The salespersons are male and young and
initiated contact immediately. They don’t use
uniform but use clothes from the store.
The store doesn’t draw me in, it’s too dark
inside!
This store, “Happening”, has an open door,
black and white floor and dark ceiling.
The sign lettering is red and too small.
Salespeople are young and contacted me
immediately. They were very kind. There are
many unusual and interesting things in this
store, as well as cool products.
2. This shop has also an open door, and a big
gold sign lettering. On the window there’s a
sign with funny colors that I had missed at
first. The store is bright and it has a
particular smell, a kind of perfume for
clothing. The employees are adults and
young women and contacted me
immediately. I liked this shop because it’s
well decorated and luminous.
This is a particularly shoe store without doors
and windows. I think it’s quite uncomfortable.
It’s only one employee, a very young girl.
The lighting is very original, many lamps
hanging from the ceiling.
I’d missed before a red sign announcing 50%
off.
3. This store is too big. Salespersons are both
male and female, adults and young. I spent 10
minutes there and nobody contacted me.
I like this shop if I have nothing to buy, because
you can walk and watch freely. But if you want
to buy something, you have to wait.
Finally, the shopping mall needed this store!
It’s been too many years walking and shopping
without popcorn.
