Maintanence of 350 TPH Paper Machine-6 at M/S ITCPSPD.
Responsibilities handled:
• Responsible for Paper machine area including Finishing house of winder ,
conveyor system , reel packing and fully automated A4 sheeter line
(Electrical incharge).
• Maintenance of Transformers up to 11KV
• On hand experience in maintenance and overhauling of HT/LT motors up to 630kw.
• On hand experience in maintenance of Switchgears up to 11kv , PCC, and MCC panels.
• Preparation of maintenance schedules according to ISO such as Preventive
Maintenance Schedules, Lubrication schedules for motors and CLTI
schedules for motors and all panels (MCC, PCC…etc)
