Potential Hazards RiskRating Description/solution
1. Darkness – as my
magazine goes with the
theme of nightlife,shoots
will takeplaceat night and
this might affect the quality
of the pictures.
2/5
As usingflash when trying
to showLED lights will not
look nice, increasingthe
amount of lights in the
room by bringingmore to
the shoots.
2. The public – the cities I
will beshooting in get very
busy at night, especially in
the holiday season,this
means that many people
might be in the background
which they might not want.
3/5
Ask people around the area
we are going to shoot in for
their consent to appear in
some of the pictures to
avoid any inconvenience
after. Move locations or
waituntil it’s empty.
3. Cars – as some of the
shots are goingto be
outsidethe venues, many
cars will bedrivingpastand
this creates danger for the
safety of the models.
5/5
The fact that I will be
shootingmanypeople at
once intensifiesthissoI
will make sure tokeep
everyone togetherand
safe.
4. Weather – the weather in
the month of April can
switch between warm and
cold very quickly. This
means that the models
might be uncomfortable.
3/5
To make sure the
picturesturnout looking
natural and comfortable,
the modelswill have
spare coats and jackets
for warmth.
