6 Supervising the team of Technicians in related mechanical repairs.
7 Giving proper Estimation of Cost to the customer at the time of receiving the Vehicle.
8 Taking care of Warranty issues.
9 Collecting the service data from the branches and submitting the daily Service report
(DSR) to the Service Engineer (SE).
10 Communication with the Customers on cost deviation / time deviation if anywith
convincing explanation.
11 Preparing monthly workshop performance report(MWPR).
