– Before you can manage time first you have to know how you
spend it.
– How can you know that? Keep a time log.
– How long you need to keep it for? Depends on how long it
takes for you to spot patterns of behaviors and really
understand what is driving your use of time.
– Typically, people need to record at least 3 days to be able to
identify patterns.
