When your goals & dreams are alive, then
your brain also behaves with determination,
allowing experiences of happiness.
4. Determination
With the ability to believe that your
goals/dreams are possible, you’ll be
empowered in your actions &
behavior to continue forward.
If you’re not moving forward, then
your goals/dreams are not alive,
resulting in lowered happiness.
5. Nourish Your Happiness
As long as you’re alive, your goals &
dreams must be too for your soul &
happiness to persist.

because of negative self-doubts, then
