2. VEE SEVEN believes in the boundless advancement
of retread technology. In the past thirty years we have
revolutionized the concept of retreading by delivering Tyre
Retreading machinery of top notch quality. We have always
believed in adding value to our customers by providing
machinery that reduce manpower, increase production and
enable continuous operation. A testament to this fact is the
repeat purchases from our customers year after year.
We engage in positive customer feedback and
change continually to incorporate new technologies into our
products. It is proudly announced that we are the first
manufacturer of Pre-cured machinery in Kerala. Vee Seven's
biggest strength is its satisfied Customers across the Indian
Subcontinent, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Machinery and all accessories, Exporters & Approved
Suppliers of Government institutions.
3. Retreading is the process whereby selected
and inspected worn tyres, called "casings,”
receive a new tread. Only sound, carefully
inspected tyre casings are used for
retreading. The worn tread is buffed away
and a new tread bonded to the tyre body in
a process very similar to the manufacture
of a new tyre. There are different
processing techniques, but the ultimate
objective is always the same - affixing a
new tread through the application of heat,
time and pressure.
There are mainly two methods for
retreading. They are Pre-cured Method and
Mould Cured Method. In Pre- Cured
Retreading Cured Tread Rubber is affixed
on to the casing. In Mould Cured method
Uncured Rubber is used. Moulds are used
to transfer the design elements on the tyre
to the uncured tread. Retreading is an
environmental friendly method which
reduces our dependence on fossil fuels.

5. Vee Seven Pre-cured Electric Chamber
Electric Chamber is an autoclave powered by electricity used for Curing of Pre-cured
Tyres. The Casing is bonded with the Pre-cured Tread under the application of Pressure
and Temperature for a fixed period of time inside the Electric Chamber. The Lock Ring
Closure is mechanism that ensures safety by creating a pressure tight container once
curing is started. The lock ring is controlled by pneumatic double pistons which ease the
process of door opening and closing. This ensures minimal time between subsequent
loading and unloading of tyres into the chamber which in turns ensures higher
efficiency. Vee Seven Electric Chambers are very much appreciated for its Robustness
and Trouble Free Service.

6. We can provide customised solutions in capacity of
Electric Chambers in terms of your daily demand of tyres.
In case of a smaller plant with cost constraints we offer
you electric chamber with manual locking system. A Tyre
lifter is also provided for loading and unloading of tyres in
to the chamber.

7. Vee Seven Pre- Cured Buffer
Pre-Cured Buffer is used to remove
worn out tread from Casing. Vee
Seven Pre- Cured buffer makes that
process effortless. Tyres are loaded on
to the expandable hub which can
adjust to a wide range of tyre sizes
saving a lot of time during tyre size
changes. The buffing is smooth due to
its high end buffing motors and
feather touch controls. A wide array
of indication lights are provided so
that operator is always informed
about the operation. The cyclone filter
provided along with the buffer
collects the dust particles created
during buffing. The movable bed is
also motor powered which further
eases the process.

8. Vee Seven Pre- Cured Tread Builder
Builder enables the new tread to be fixed on
the casing before the curing operation. Vee
Seven Pre- Cure Builder is provided with a
expandable hub for loading of casing. The
Rotation is controlled by foot pedal switch.
The Pressure is applied on the tread and
casing by aluminium rollers which are
controlled by a pneumatic piston. There is a
main roller and two support rollers to ensure
uniform application of pressure on the tread.
A pneumatic cutter is also part of the
machine for splicing the tread at the
appropriate length.

9. Vee Seven Envelope Expander
Envelopes are tight fitting sleeves inside which the
built tyre casing is kept during the curing
operation. The envelopes ensure uniform
application of pressure on the tread during the
curing operation. The loading of built casing into
tight fitting envelopes is a physically demanding
job manually. Hence envelope expanders are used
to ease the task. The envelope is loaded on the
table and is stretched by the pneumatic claws. The
Built casing is loaded above it by the lifting
arrangement. The Casing is centred and lowered
on to the stretched envelope. The jaws are
released to allow the envelope return to its
normal shape. The enveloped casing is then
loaded into the curing Chamber.

10. Vee Seven Inspection Spreader
Tyres before starting the process of retreading
have to be inspected to decide whether they
are fit to be retreaded or not. Also the
irregularities in the casing can be indentified by
the trained eye during this procedure. The
Inspection spreader has a tyre loader
pneumatically powered to load the tyre on to
the inspection base. The Two claws stretch the
two walls of the casing improving the visibility
on the inside surface of the casing. The casing
can be easily rotated with the help of
aluminium rollers provided. The inspector
decides whether to discard the tyre or forward
the tyre for repairs and retreading after
inspection.
