manufacturing facility that included production, automation and assembly. Primary customers included Medical, Commercial,
Aerospace and Military. Reduced customer returns by over 60% and increased efficiency of shop personnel by over 18%.
Company had lost its ISO status prior to tenure, within three (3) months, ISO registered.

Quality systems manager that supervised the overall operation and management of the Quality System of the Bazz Houston
Company. Perfect ISO audits for five (5) years. Brought certified supplier programs of companies such as “Rainbird”,
“Chamberlain” and “Yakima”. Brought “5S’ and lean principles to company. Commercial, Medical and Military primary
customers. Reduced the cost of Quality by over 75%. Also, Manager of Safety and Environmental. Quality and Manufacturing
Manager during this tenure. Company was not ISO registered prior to tenure.
QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER March 1996 to January 2001
Punch Press Products, Vernon CA.
Brought the ISO Quality System to a large 300 plus Employee Company. Over twelve quality technicians reported to Quality
Manager. Customers such as “Sony”, “Sanyo” and many others required the ISO quality system. Each of the major
companies also conducted quality systems audits to certify company to be able to perform contracted work. Safety
committee, internal auditor and CMM programmer for Mitutuoyo CMM. Automotive, Electronic and Military were the prime
customers. Company was not ISO registered prior to tenure.
QUALITY MANAGER March 1984 to January 1996
Coleman Fabro Co. San Jose CA.
During the peak of the Silicon Valley, Supervised the overall operations of Quality and Manufacturing. Coleman Fabro was
considered the highest quality R & D/ short run production plant in the booming valley. Customers included NASA, LLNL and
Varian Systems. Medical, Aerospace, Military and Computer customers highlighted this tenure. Also ran the internal and
external grinding department and manager of manufacturing. Company was not NASA certified prior to tenure.
JOURNEYMAN MACHINIST September 1978 to January 1984
Baumann Engineering, Glendora CA.
Began as an apprentice machinist, after graduation worked to assistant foremen. Standard mills, lathes, grinders and
production line experience were taught during the four year apprenticeship that included quality inspection. Graduated as a
Journeyman Machinist, Customers were primarily Military, NASA and Aerospace.
