5
At SecureSupplies, we offer a range of high-quality engines designed to meet your needs. Our
product line includes the Poppit Valve engine, available in the 25 kW to 350 kW manufactured
in China and Thailand. We also offer the advanced Hydrogen Rotary Valve engine available in
the 250 kW to 1.2 MW range and is made in the USA.
Our Hydrogen Rotary Valve engines are equipped with the latest injection control and ignition
systems, ensuring superior performance and efficiency. They feature state-of-the-art electron-
ic controls, modular common rail gaseous fuel system, along with high-performance lubrication
pressure fuel pumps. In addition, our engines are designed with LTA and highly efficient turbo-
charging, which results in lower cylinder temperatures, lower emissions, and reduced fuel con-
sumption.
Say goodbye to the complicated and inefficient Popit Valve system or cylinder head, and hello
to a new era of advanced engine technology.
With only two main shafts, the Rotary Valve engine is incredibly simple and efficient. It eliminates
the need for valve rocker arms, all valves, spring close value, rocker shaft, camshaft, and
valve springs, resulting in a significantly reduced number of components. This streamlined de-
sign means less complexity and easier repairs, making maintenance a breeze.
But that’s not all - the Rotary Valve engine is also able to support high revs, making it per-
fect for high-performance applications. And because it requires fewer parts and operates with
less friction, it is much more durable than traditional Popit Valve engines. In fact, our Rotary
Valve engine lasts three times longer than normal engines, resulting in significantly fewer oil
changes and overall maintenance.
Investing in the Rotary Valve engine means investing in a future of advanced engine technology.
Experience the benefits of fewer components, less complexity, higher revs, and a longer lifespan.
Don’t settle for outdated technology - upgrade to the Rotary Valve engine today and enjoy the
unparalleled performance and value it provides.

Figure 1. The image presented reveals a detailed view of a cylinder head that has been disas-
sembled into hundreds of individual parts. Among these components are valve rocker arms, all
valves, a spring-close valve, a rocker shaft, a camshaft, and valve springs, all of which work in
harmony to regulate the precise flow of fuel and air into and out of the combustion chamber.
Nonetheless, should any of these parts become damaged or worn over time, restoring them to
optimal functionality can prove to be a challenging and time-intensive task that requires a spe-

Figure 3. The Flat Top Piston are typically used in mass produced engines. They are easy to manufacture
and this keeps the cost of the engines low.
Figure 4. Instead of a flat top we install a dome piston that looks like the top of a dome stadium.
Piston Dome refers to the amount of added volume on top of the piston compared to a flat top piston.
This added volume increases the Compression Ratio and therefore should increase performance.
Hydrogen gas combution works best at high compression ratios.

Figure 5. The Coates Spherical Rotary Valve comprises two spherical rotary valves assembled on
two separate shafts - one for inlet and one for exhaust. They rotate on ceramic carbon bearing with
no oil lubrication, the spheres do not make contact with any part of the housing. The seals are a float-
ing type and are also made of a ceramic material. They have two piston rings and are floating in a small
cylinder-type chamber, they are activated by the compression and the combustion strokes of the engine
which allows 100 percent sealing effectiveness, when compressed.
Figure 6. Because the valves rotate away from the combustion chamber and are vented and charged
on the opposite side of each sphere, this creates a lower combustion chamber temperature, allowing for
higher compression ratios to be used thus creating an extremely efficient engine. Some of the Coates
Spherical Rotary Combustion Engines are at 12 to 1, 13 to 1, 14 to 1 and 15 to 1 compression ratios
depending on the application.

Figure 7. No engine oil is present in the head of the CSRV Engine. This means the engine oil does
not see the hottest parts of the engine, which was the exhaust Poppet Valves. These extremely hot
components usually are engine oil spray cooled. This heat would breakdown the atomic structure of
the engine oil, thus lowering the oil viscosity, therefore, oil changes are recommended every 3,000 to
5,000 miles. On the other hand, with the CSRV incorporated in the engine design, oil change inter-
vals are extended to approximately 50,000 miles or more.
Figure 8. The constant rotation of the CSRV, rotate away from the extreme heat of the combustion
chamber, eliminating the possibility of hot spots in the combustion chamber; thus allowing for higher
compression chamber ratios to be incorporated in the design of a combustion engine. This results in a
higher thermal efficient engine and a more complete combustion that will utilize all of the energy con-
tained in the fuel; also reducing harmful emissions.

Our Power Plants are specifically designed to accept Hydrogen as a fuel, providing you with the flexibil-
ity to choose between tanks or a suitable Hydrogen Machine. The systems are designed to work con-
tinuously for 2 to 4 hours, with a 50 kW output and monitoring capabilities. While our generators can
easily run 24 hours, we advise that they are designed for standby or full power back-up applications
running on Hydrogen with 99.95% or higher purity.
We understand that altitude and air humidity can affect engine performance, and we take every care
to pre-tune the engines and have them certified for environmental conditions. However, it is
important to note that the buyers are responsible for ensuring the engines are operated in suitable
environments free from contamination, dust, and excess altitude to achieve the same performance as
certified by SGS at the destination.
To ensure optimal performance, we strongly advise against blending other fuels into the systems
besides what the engines are tuned for. Once quality control has tuned the engines and SGS certifies
them, do not mix fuel or use outside our recommended fuel list.
Our Hydrogen Generator Gensets come with operational service manuals and maintenance books,
providing you with all the information you need to ensure that your generators are operating at their
best. We take great care to install basic safety and management systems, but we cannot accept re-
sponsibility for any risks or hazards associated with tampering with the hydrogen systems.
We offer a warranty of 1 year for KW class and 2 years for MW at full load 24/7/365, providing you
with peace of mind that your investment is protected. Please note that it is the buyers’ responsibility to
ensure that staff are trained and that safety systems and safe handling practices are used and em-
ployed.
We are confident that our Hydrogen Generator Gensets are the perfect solutions to meet your ener-
gy needs. Contact us today to learn more about our products and how we can help you achieve your
goals..

The explosive force of a fuel is measured by its specific energy. Specific energy is the amount of energy
that is released when a unit of mass of fuel is exploded in the cylinder. Hydrogen has a specific energy
of 120 MJ/kg, while diesel fuel has a specific energy of 43 MJ/kg. This means that hydrogen has
about three times the explosive force of diesel fuel. Overall, hydrogen has a much greater explo-
sive force than diesel fuel. As When using Hydrogen as a Fuel we do not use the BTU of the fuel but the
explosive force.A gallon of water contains about 111 grams of hydrogen, while a gallon of diesel fuel
contains about 11 grams of hydrogen. This means that water has about 10 times more hydrogen than
diesel fuel.
19. HYDROGEN LAMINAR SPEED
19
Above shows the burning velocity of various fuels, particularly hydrogen, and the methods used to
achieve equal burn rates across different fuels. The burn rates are measured in centimeters per sec-
ond at normal temperature and pressure (NTP).
Clean hydrogen and CO have been found to have the same burning rate as fossil fuels. This has been
achieved by meter mixing non-combustible gases at a laminar velocity to adjust the speed of the
wave front and the rate of burning, deflagration, and detonation. This has also led to the slowing
down of these rates.
The flame stretch has been adjusted by setting hydrogen to be equal to 35-44. Other fuels such as al-
cohol, natural gas, diesel, methane, gasoline, and propane have also been adjusted for force and heat
yield.
