Procreate can be used or a targeted skill when given an
assignment. The app comes with many features to be able to
create.
Authenticity
Because its an app used to create it comes with problems
through the creating process for the student. Procreate is like a
sketchbook on the go.
Feedback
They have groups where you can get feedback or receive
feedback. As a teacher, I would just want the student to send me
the image.
Differentiation
Yes. The app allows the student to create using multiple types of
media. The app makes the performance less messy while using
tools that replicate other types of media.
User Friendliness
Procreate is easy to use. If the student wants to learn more ways
to use tools I would suggest watch a tutorial video.
Instructions
When first got the app Procreate had some instructions, but once I watched a YouTube
tutorial on how to use tools I began to understand a lot faster. I would show students the
basics before they began their project.
Higher Order Thinkning
If you push your student to work creatively then yes.
Student Motivation
Many Artists use Procreate because it allows so many features.

  • 4. #1 PROCREATE Standards-Curriculum Connection Procreate can be used or a targeted skill when given an assignment. The app comes with many features to be able to create. Authenticity Because its an app used to create it comes with problems through the creating process for the student. Procreate is like a sketchbook on the go. Feedback They have groups where you can get feedback or receive feedback. As a teacher, I would just want the student to send me the image. Differentiation Yes. The app allows the student to create using multiple types of media. The app makes the performance less messy while using tools that replicate other types of media. User Friendliness Procreate is easy to use. If the student wants to learn more ways to use tools I would suggest watch a tutorial video.
  • 5. Instructions When first got the app Procreate had some instructions, but once I watched a YouTube tutorial on how to use tools I began to understand a lot faster. I would show students the basics before they began their project. Higher Order Thinkning If you push your student to work creatively then yes. Student Motivation Many Artists use Procreate because it allows so many features.
