can be presented as follows:
1. Business Development Advisor, Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Ethiopia from 24th,
July 2015(for the next one year period). Major achievements and activities undertaken include:
business opportunities diagnosis, existing business health diagnosis, market research and strategy
design, business plan preparation, reshaping business ownership structures, designing and
installation of organizational systems including financial, human resources, operation
management systems, during the short period a significant amount of improvements have been
registered by the client business enterprises that were being advised and consulted.

2015 up to date(permanent) whereby the incumbent is developing as a a leadership successor of
the bank through real operations combined with theoretical trainings and practical exercises. The
training program aimed at succeeding top managerial positions incorporates 20% Theory and
80% Practical Assignment on the core and sub processes of the bank including: Customer
Accounts and Transactions Management, International Trade and Banking Services, (Investment)
