Introduction to ArtificiaI Intelligence in Higher Education
Teaching Philosophy and Experience
1. Teaching Philosophy
Main roles of teaching between teacher and students day to day life in academic box methodology stated in figure-1
Figure.1. Process of Teaching Statement
The passionate work in the whole life of the person is to share the knowledge to another person's called teaching.
Teaching is mutually exchanging the knowledge with the students. Teaching needs the clear definition and
explanation ideas for learner, it acts as a major function for teachers.
The goal of the teacher is to deliver the subject lecture in specific, use and innovative, to developed the knowledge
of student. The proper observation requires for meaningful teaching. The good communication is requires between
the teacher and students to clarify the doubts and improving the subject knowledge. These curricular activities
ultimately facilitate the students in better understanding of academic knowledge.
There are three major levels in academics (i) Undergraduates, (ii) Graduates and (iii) Doctorates, these levels are
discussed below
In level one is undergraduate courses, teacher has to demonstrate the curricular and extracurricular activates. First
should be mini projects (for preliminary courses) and four to six weeks subject / course project (for deep learning of
subjects). Students will be experience hands-on abstracting and actual concepts of abstract learnt in class. These
project help the student to get the research knowledge, working in team, and mutual study. I would like to use
similar method for teaching the students in undergraduates.

Getting Good
2. In level two is graduate courses, in this level students has the maturity of core subjects, teacher should boost the
students. Seek the subject learning activities in practical ways, i.e., inviting students for guest lecturers, specific
subject / industrial topic short notes and presentations to improve their communication skills. The second task for the
teacher for give the research knowledge. Encouraging the students to determine the research gap in the different
areas and ongoing projects. Finding the research materials to define the research questions and answers to it.
Graduate will be answer based on reading conference papers, journal papers, research magazines, news paper
spectrum, technical seminars and discussions with expertise. The graduates would have strong research knowledge to
continue their research work and fulfilling the research gap. Similar method used in teaching of my graduate
students.
In third level Doctor of Philosophy, this level is not a academic course, it is explosive of the subject knowledge to
help the nature and to make easy in human life. This strong command get in graduate level and their research gap
will be completely fulfilled in this level. Motivating the scholars to bring the funded research project related to fulfill
their research gaps. Bring them complete practical environment from theories and books. Guide the research papers
presentation in conferences and publication in Scopus indexed journals like Elsevier, Springer, IEEE, ASM, etc, to
authorize the research work internationally. Then finally encourage for innovation and patented research work. This
method I will be used to guide the research scholar.
Teaching Experience
Teaching is always my passion. After completion of my bachelor degree I was appointed as lecturer from 2012 to
2014 and promoted as assistant professor after M.Tech from 2014 to till date in the department of mechanical
engineering at Ghousia College of Engineering(GCE). Introduction to computing my courses at GCE such as Finite
Element Method (FEM), Elements of Mechanical Engineering, Design of Machine Elements, Compute Integrated
Manufacturing Lab (CNC Programming), Design Lab, etc.. My work with the students includes helping in computer
numerical control part programming by using G and M codes for flexible manufacturing process, also design the
assignments. Also I made a systematic checking and correctness of program outputs of students in the regular class
and assignments. Here apart from these, I have made all subject materials and lab manuals as per the university
syllabus, it strengthens the subject learning in the better and easy way for the students. These active materials helping
with specific problems they had difficulties in understanding. Review the performance of the students in internal
assessments (Mid and End term examination). To set these examination question papers appropriately, I will work
with the other faculty and teaching assistants for better evaluation of the student knowledge.
Mentorship
To one side of teaching courses, other side monitoring and advising the graduate during their studies for their career
growth called mentoring. The first mentoring in my career for UG students on drop test simulation of pen-drive by
using ANSYS software, students has published project in international journal. Then several UG and PG students
have been allotted under my mentorship by the head of the department and successfully followed the methodology
and guidance, it reflects in my C.V.
Interested Courses
Specified my experience, I will be effective in teaching undergraduate courses such as Finite Element Method,
Design of Machine Elements, Experimental Stress Analysis, Elements of Mechanical Engineering, CNC Part
Programming. In the graduate level courses such as Composite Materials, Fracture Mechanics, Research &
Methodology, Theory of Elasticity and Advanced Mechanics of Solids etc.. Given me an opportunity, I would like to
teach a course on the Mechanics of Materials and Finite Element Method.
