Marcelo Cotroneo Was working in Chile in IM department at beginning
Later I transferred him to the Sales department to boost sales as Country sales
manager.
The work he performed was very organized and well done
He also participated in strategy meetings for hole areas and a lot of
benchmarking was done.
The results from his work was always very good and we had benchmarking and
KPIS that was followed.
The major results was customer CRM system and organized approach and
always achieving budget.
