Dr. May Cheung was raised in Troy, New York. She received a Bachelor of
Science degree in biology/chemistry from Union College, a liberal arts
college in Schenectady, New York. She moved to Sunnyvale, California to
attend Palmer College Of Chiropractic-West where she graduated with a
Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1991. Dr. Cheung opened her first practice

2. in Sunnyvale in 1993. She sold the large successful practice in 2000 to
become a full-time mom to two girls, Coco and Daisy.

Building a long-lasting relationship with patients is important to Dr.
Cheung. While she does see patients who come in when they are
experiencing acute symptoms from injuries, accidents or falls, she
educates them on recognizing symptoms of less obvious pain. “We never
