As part of this project are carried out the following activities:
a. Support and assistance (onsite and remote) 24x7 1st, 2nd and 3rd level on Xura products
concerning hardware and software problems

e. Creating an automatic tool 'system control, application, HW in the managed platforms (over 50

Product development:
a.Sistem assurance: Presentation, management and and development (HW / SW) of an assurance
system in near real time.
b. Custom alarming system: Management and development of tools for sending custom-SNMP trap
c. Billing System: Presentation , management and development of a system for the creation of
billing tags
d. For all the projects previously mentioned preparation of the presentation for the customer, the
technical specification and quotation.
