Implementation Manager (2015-2016)
- Responsible for all facets of customer project implementations to include coordination of deliverables
between customers and Syniverse to meet quick to market deadlines. Tasks included provisioning of
systems specific to customer requirements, assuring industry and FCC standards are met with each
campaign, and organizing meetings between numerous stakeholders of a project.
Senior Systems Engineer (2010 – 2015)
- Implement and support Syniverse ENUM number resolution platform to include building service logic,
coordinated and developed automated scripts for various MNP sources, and general support of systems.
- Member of Syniverse EIS organization supporting IMN/MES, NIS, Business Messaging, and MIP in a
secondary support capacity. Tasks include answering internal and external customer questions and
resolving issues with applications in the EIS product suit to include maintenance and configurations of
same.
