▪ Supervised a multi-national team of 20 dedicated civilian and military members for the maintenance,
installation and planning future expansion/life cycle of all server infrastructure.
▪ Ensured clear and definitive explanations, both written and verbal, were understood by all members taking
into consideration different culture and various language skills
▪ Effectively liaised with other entities to maintain interconnectivity to other NATO sites around the world
▪ Provided 24/7 support to deployed network operations involving NATO SOF and multi-national SOF

Highlighted Military Oversea Deployment
Multinational Forces Organization (MFO), Sinai Desert, Egypt:
▪ Primarily accountable for managing all aspects of the MFO Network comprised of 27 servers, 680
networked computers, 2 main camps, 30 remote sites
▪ Maintaining internet connectivity for all accommodations
▪ Managed a $380K IT budget and contributed to the preparation of next year’s budget.
▪ Advised the Chief of ICT of technical matters
▪ ICT Help desk Manager: facilitated client focused support and delivery by conducting quality
control checks with the customers and mitigating and responding to any reported issues regarding
substandard service.
▪ ICT Technical Advisor: guided work order adherence for the Radio/Telephone technicians. Advised
the Communications Engineer how to tackle troublesome issues requiring mediation with
technicians. Advised the Communication Engineer how to tackle troublesome issues requiring
mediation with Branch Heads and end users, while keeping to best practices for field use of
equipment.
▪ Project managed the technical aspects of the MFO’s photocopier contract. Oversaw and improved
the efficiency of the ICT Department’s client issues; the correct technical closure of all photocopier
work orders; the adherence to the contract timelines; and the completion of weekly/monthly work
order status reports.
