Tower information to Specific Server using GSM/GPRS such as
Temperatures, Humidity, Fuel status , Diesel Generator Parameters,
Electrical Parameter of power consumption, Battery health , DG status,
AC on/off, door open close, Dg on/off control by server.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Design Document and Schematics entry of three phase energy
meter this is based on ADE7878 with 8 bit microcontroller.
 Schematics design of 16 bit microcontroller with GSM modem
with double sim card interface, temperature sensor, humidity
sensor, ADC, multiplexer, RS485 and USB2.0 ,I2C.
 Schematics entry of single phase energy meter this is based on
ADE7953 analog device IC and 8 bit microchip microcontroller.

DESCRIPTION: This is a three phase energy meter .He support up to 200A,420V. Its
measured the voltage, current, Frequency, active energy, apparent
energy, reactive energy and update to the server by GSM/GPRS. This is
based on Analog device energy meter IC AD7878 and 16-bit microchip
microcontroller. Protection. He has facility to communicate long
distance by RS485.
RESPONSIBILITIES:  Schematics design of energy meter based on ADE7878 and 16
bit Controller and GSM modem.
 Component selection, BOM, net list verifies.
 Board bring up.
 Calibration of voltage, current and power with different load
and given logic.
 Troubleshooting solution in hardware by oscilloscope and multi
meter and software driver level register setting.
