Title: Two Channel Anti-Lock Braking System for Continental Automotives Components Pvt Ltd.
Work Location: Continental Automotive Components India Pvt Ltd.
Description: It is a two channel ABS system for Two wheelers .The ECU supports the following
functions ABS and RLP. ABS ECU belongs to slip-control of safety systems for Automotive
product.
Hardware: These slip-control systems are mainly contains 2 wheel speed sensors, 2 input valves, 2
output valves, one Motor, one pressure sensor interface(optional) one external EEPROM, one
customized ASIC, Inbuilt CAN Transceiver, Low side drivers, & High drivers and One micro-
controller
Design Tools: Zuken CR5000.
FMEA Tool: IQ RM Pro 6.0
Role:.Coil Driver & Motor Driver Design ,D-FMEA, ECU Engineering Verification and Validation,

Title: MIL-STD 1553B Interface CARD
Description: This is an Interface card. It is a standard bus protocol used in defence application.The
main is to provide medium for exchange of data and information between various systems. The card
has DDC controller. This card has choice for use in avionics labs, Field service and Fight line test
equipment, and fight instrumentation applications.
Hardware: DDC controller, Cypress CPLD etc.

Role: Design, hardware interfacing, schematics, Hardware testing, debugging, Application Testing
& documentation.
Status: Hardware Integration Testing.

Project - 1
Title: ATE Interface Controller Card for TEJAS (LCA) A/C Testing
Description: This is an Interface card, designed to Test TEJAS Aircraft; this card will be interfaced
with Automatic Test Equipment. The board is having MC9S1DP512 (16-bit) microcontroller and the
interfaces present on the board were Xilinx FPGA, RS-232, RS-422 Interfaces, Opamp Circuits and
power supply Section
Hardware: Spartan-IIIE FPGA, Xilinx PROM, voltage regulators and analog circuits like unity
gain, gain adjust, presence/absence circuit, amplitude scale, comparator circuit.
Design Tools: Orcad 15.0
Role: Design, hardware interfacing, schematics, Hardware testing, debugging, Application Testing
& documentation.

Title: 16-Bit Controller Based Design & Upgrade of Traffic Light Control unit
Description: This is a Controller card, designed for the Indian road traffic Management. This card
has MC9S1DP512 (16-bit) microcontroller, the card is interfaced to provide 2 Serial UART ports,
one 10/100Mbps Serial to Ethernet Interface, one Alphanumeric LCD Display, one connector to
connect external keypad for custom key functionality, 6-pin BDM connector for downloading &
Debugging, one external 32MB SPI Flash for Data storage
Hardware: MC9S1DP512 Freescale Controller, Serial to Ethernet transceiver, Xilinx FPGA, RS232
transceiver, buffers, power supply, reset circuit, BDM Interface, connectors, GPS Interface, RTC
Interface.
