Projects Under Taken :
Currently Working Project: Relay Test Kit (started on Feb 27).
Role Description: Software Developer.
Worked projects:
Project 1: Three Phase Calibration Meter (@Educe Micro Research)
Role Description: Software Developer (firmware Developer).
Details: This Project was used to develop an instrument, whose output was used as a standard
for calibrating other meters. It was developed, under the dynamic guidance of my senior
colleague, using Embedded C language. I was mainly involved in writing code for interfacing
the controller with its peripherals.
Protocols Used: SPI, UART communication (MAX232, RS485), SMBUS (master controller
8051F120 communicates with 3 slave controller 8051F410).
Hardware Peripherals: ADC CS-5463, EEPROM (AT24C04),Serial to parallel Decoder IC
(74HC164), Multiplying DAC AD-5449 & 20*4 Line LCD display.
Project 2: Single Phase Calibration Meter (@Educe Micro Research)
Role Description: Software Developer (firmware Developer).
Details: This Project was used to develop an instrument, whose output was used as a standard
for calibrating other meters. I was involved in this project along with my colleague senior and
was written in Embedded C language. I was mainly involved in writing code for interfacing the
controller with its peripherals.
Protocols Used: SPI, UART, SMBUS (master controller communicates with slave controller).
Hardware Peripherals: ADC CS-5463, EEPROM (AT24C04), Multiplying DAC AD-5449 &
20*4 Line LCD display.

Nagar, Bangalore.
2. Project 3: Energy Meter (@Educe Micro Research)
Role Description: Software Developer & Tester.
Project Details: We had developed an energy meter which was used to measure different
electrical parameters such as Current, Voltage & Energy and send these details along with the
date and time at which the information was recorded to a server using a GSM/GPRS model.
Protocols Used: SPI, UART for Communication between GSM and Controller.
Hardware Peripherals: ADC CS-5463, EEPROM (AT24C04), Multiplying DAC AD-5449
RTC & 20*4 line LCD display.
Project 4: AC Current Source with relay tripping (@Educe Micro Research)
Role Description: Software Developer, hardware design and testing.
Details: This device can provide 3 different ranges of current
1. Lower range (10 mA to 100 mA )
2. Middle range (100 mA to 2 Amp)
3. Higher range (2 Amp to 20 Amp).
Ranges are selected using rotary switch and amplitude varied with 10k pot.
Protocols Used: SPI (master controller communicates with slave controller).
Hardware Peripherals: ADC CS-5463, 10k Pot, 16*2 line LCD display.
Project 5: DIAGNOSTIC TOOL FOR 89S52 KIT (@Vector India Institute).
Description: Objective of this project was to test peripherals provided on the kit. It consists of a
Seven Segment Display, LED, LCD Display, MCP3201 ADC using SPI protocol, AT24C01A
EEPROM using I2C protocol Keypad Matrix and RTC.
Project 6: GSM BASED WIRELESS DISPLAY SYSTEM (@College)
This project was about controlling a display system through wireless communication
using GSM.
The project mainly focuses on transmission and receiving of textual data through air
interface by using GSM through asynchronous serial communication. So for this purpose
a model is designed where message, which is to be displayed, is sent through a SMS and
displays that information on a display board.
The main component of the system includes microcontroller (AT89S52) and GSM
modem. The GSM modem receives the SMS and transfer the information to
microcontroller and microcontroller display that information on a LCD display.
Project 7: GSM BASED HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM (@Own Interest)
Role Description: Software Developer, hardware design and testing.
Details: To control home appliances such as TV, Fan Lights etc. using GSM SMS service. The
ON and OFF mechanism of these domestic appliances is done through communication between a
GSM and a Controller. The controller decodes the text and trips the corresponding relay so as to
switch it between its ON and OFF state.
Project 8: Student Data Base Program Using Singly Linked List (@vector India)
We can add new record for a Student.
Deletion of Existing Students record.
As per need we can Print Student Data Base.
Save Data in DB File.
