Career Objective:
To contribute on child and youth friendly policies, legislations, programs with qualitative implementation under the umbrella of Human Rights (Child
Rights). I have better knowledge on planning, budgeting, coordination, facilitation on training and team members', implementation, monitoring &

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Community Initiatives for Common Understanding (CICU) Project: Summary: CWIN-Nepal is going to implement a project titled Enabling Civil
Society to Contribute to More Effective, Inclusive and Accountable Public Security Policy and programming in Nepal (CICU) in partnership with
Safer World (funding partner) and INSEC (implementing partner). As a Project Manager under the project, you are responsible for implementing,
reporting, coordinating as of given frame of the program. Hence, you are assigned to the following duties: Duties/Assignments: 1) Liaise with
finance department on the budgeting of all the activities, develop line item budget in coordination with each activity, in collaboration with the Safer
World (SW) team. 2) The project manager will play a key role to execute overall project activities, which includes: 3) Take major responsibility of
all project activities to be implemented in the districts and central level. 4) Get involved on identification and finalization of working VDCs in five
districts; Banke, Bardiya, Kailali, Sunsari and Surkhet under the project. Facilitate District Project Coordinators and District team for project
implementation and reporting. 5) Get involved in project introduction meeting to be organized in the district level. 6) Work on development of
youth at-risk outreach and trust building strategy based on local context and information available through different sources. 7) Plan, design and
implement each project activities and conduct meetings in different levels to meet the project objectives. 8) Develop directory on psycho-social
health in the district and build strategies to support youth-at-risk facing psycho-social problem in the project communities. 9) Conduct orientations
and trainings for youth group members with an objective to build their capacity to identify local issues of conflict, deal with the specific issues and
transform them through due process. 10) Organize field visits in periodic basis so as to conduct monitoring of the activities and update local
context/situation. 11) Supervision and monitoring of field staff, field-based interventions and their direct linkages with target group of youths and
local level stakeholders. 12) Develop a module and conduct yearly internal evaluation on the overall implementation of the activities. 13)
Documentation and reporting of overall activities conducted under the project as per requirement. 14) Establish a close collaboration with project
partners SW and INSEC, CWIN Executive Coordinator, Program Coordinators, and different departments and programs within CWIN to ensure
smooth implementation of activities as specified in grant agreement. 2. Girl Power Programme Support in implementation and monitoring; 1)
Support in implementation of GP learning agenda. 2) Support and guide Nepalgunj and Makawanpur Helpline in implementation GP programme.
3) Design and implement monitoring tools and collect information accordingly. 4) Support in producing quality reports on timely manner and
support in documenting promising stories. 5) Support in monitoring of implementation of GP programme. 3. Education and Child Protection
Projects: under CWIN-FORUT-Norway, CINI-Itali and PBV Japan Partnership. 1) Coordination with DDRC, DDC, DEO and WCO and other

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Implement Missing Child Alert project as approved plan and budget and Moue with Plan Nepal in coordination with Advocacy/Documentation
Officer and Project Coordinator; • Develop detailed implementation plan within the overall goals and objectives set out in the project document,
with budgets and measureable targets • Design and deliver national and regional workshops in close coordination with project coordinator and
other relevant authorities and people. • Coordinate assessment of Child care homes and ensure that quality assessment is completed on time
and report is submitted on time. • Liaise with CWIN's media department and Plan Nepal for development of PSAs and programmes for radio and
television. Ensure that programmes meet Plan Nepal's media Policy and timely approval is taken. • Facilitate strengthening of partners on MCA
issue. • Support in discuss and designing of technical model of MCA. • Support in legal review and dissemination of findings. • Develop IEC
materials in coordination with children and other stakeholders and endure timely publication and dissemination. • Organise collaborative
workshop to analyse the mechanism of integrating MCA in National Child Protection System/meeting with CCWB and Interagency Task Group. •
Maintain understanding of current key trends in human trafficking particular cross boarder trafficking in the region, and lesson learned from
success and failure various responses to trafficking. • Undertake regular analysis of anti-trafficking responses including identifying data gaps,
opportunities and priorities for action, and making presentations of these analyses as requested. • Continuously analyse and maintain an
overview of the progress of project implementation to ensure that timely accomplishments of activities. • Facilitate in strengthening of child care
home. • Support in media monitoring and producing reports and their dissemination. • Be updated in data collection and case management
system, tools and procedures to ensure that relevant information about cross boarder trafficking are collected, analyzed and disseminated. •
Ensure and facilitate regular reporting, communication and information exchange. • Engaged in dialogues on key aspects of anti trafficking
policies, within an aim to further strengthening inter-sectoral collaboration for a comprehensive and inclusive approach to trafficking. • Maintain
effective collaboration, cooperation and mutual support within CWIN and MCA partners. • Ensure in making available up-to-date information on
human trafficking/cross boarder trafficking. • Participate in workshops, meeting, conferences and other gatherings relevant to the work of the
project including making presentations on the work of CWIN on MCA. • Organize quarterly Project Management meetings and other technical
round table meetings as necessary. • Support and guide MCA documentation officers in keeping records of project implementation and producing
quarterly reports on timely manner. 2. Support in implementation and monitoring of Girl Power Programme. • Support in implementation of GP

Community Initiatives for Common Understanding (CICU) Project: Summary: CWIN-Nepal is going to implement a project titled Enabling Civil Society to Contribute to More Effective, Inclusive and Accountable Public Security Policy and programming in Nepal (CICU) in partnership with Safer World (funding partner) and INSEC (implementing partner). As a Project Manager under the project, you are responsible for implementing, reporting, coordinating as of given frame of the program. Hence, you are assigned to the following duties: Duties/Assignments: 1) Liaise with finance department on the budgeting of all the activities, develop line item budget in coordination with each activity, in collaboration with the Safer World (SW) team. 2) The project manager will play a key role to execute overall project activities, which includes: 3) Take major responsibility of all project activities to be implemented in the districts and central level. 4) Get involved on identification and finalization of working VDCs in five districts; Banke, Bardiya, Kailali, Sunsari and Surkhet under the project.
