Project Manager Cebu City (March 2010 – January 2011)
Enticed to handle a sizeable renovation project by Ben Smith in Maria Luisa Subdivision, I ventured into an
architectural design and manage the project as its project manager which later on was linked up with
Architect Ed Gallego and Ivy Almario from Atelier Almario on its finishing stage where demands was stiff
and flexibility was crucial.
Research Writer Home Base Cebu City (February 2008 – To present)
Is continually providing research work for University students in the US; UK; Canada and Australia using
online companies like academia-research.com; researceden.com; and essay writer.net. These customer-
specific essays and other written documents like; term papers, theses; dissertations and editing services
mostly for high school; master’s and doctoral-level are looked over by plagiarism software for quality and
originality.
Harvest and Market Lumber as resident Entrepreneur Ormoc and Cebu City (October 2008 –
February 2008)
Controlled and manage the harvesting of our Mahogany plantation in Ormoc City, Leyte and other lighter species like
Gemilina and Alstonia Scholaris then marketed them here in Cebu as either raw lumber and finished product.
Bink’s Toll Further Processing Plant as consultant Riverside, Canduman, Cebu City (March 2006
– October 2006)
Primarily tasked to handle a 7 million investment viability study for Bink’s as an expansion project they
have with San Miguel Foods, then progressed to handle it as project manager from requisition to the
installation of that same Blast Freezer and Cold Storage Facility, Also had a hand in improving their
processing time of 14,000 cut-ups; deboning and the marinating of chicken for Mc Donald’s, KFC, Jollibee
and other Franchised Outlets from 21 hours to 12 hours thus saving on electricity on their refrigerated
working station.
Construction undertaking as a freelancer Ormoc and Cebu City (February 2004 – March 2006)
The making of Concrete Earth Block (CEB), and Concrete Roof and eventually to the construction of a
model office; then went into various small construction projects like remodeling and constructing houses.
Summit Design Corporation as a freelancer Malinao, Lapulapu City, Cebu (November 2003 –
February 2004)
Summit Designs had an existing 77 kinds of sample order during the 2002 CebuX Furniture Show spread
throughout the 3 large companies in the Middle East, namely DOME; 711 and SIA. These orders

amounting to a total of $109,572.10 have been long overdue for some reason or another. My task is not
only to look for someone to finance the project, negotiate for an extension of the Letter of Credit from
the buyer, recruit and organize a workforce for their existing facility, handled Product Research and
Development for each sample then manage Production and up to Shipment.
Mactan Furnitures Incorporation as consulting director Cebu City (December 2000 – November
2003)
Mactan Furniture Incorporation existed as a subcontracting arm to various furniture companies here in
Cebu like Baron Art; Castelex and Greenland. First started with Iron works then eventually expanding
into wooden furniture in August 200. Urging its owner Mr. Ruben Tan to upgrade the company’s status to
deal directly with the foreign buyers, I did not only initiate the development to make his factory qualify in
terms of its facilities; workforce; systems and policies. Then was able to get Ferguson Copeland Ltd. for
them.
