11. This was a (G+ 9) storied commercial tower with a total built – up area of approx. 90,000sq.ft. There were offices on
each floor for Tech companies .The flexibility of office spaces was a design constraint in this project. The top terrace
was utilized for gymnasium and social events. The Design for this commercial office tower involved resolving issues related to
MEP. The client’s requirement of flexible office spaces led to open floor plans with wall free areas incorporating a compact
service core. Structure comprised of concrete Two-way flat slab system.
12. Vrindavan Housing Complex
The project was on a total plot area of 110,000 sq. ft. The requirement of the condo areas varied from 500sq.ft. to1300sq.ft.The real
challenge was in balancing the F.S.I versus the demand of the project to house a varied type of apartments. The housing scheme was
designed by me right from the conceptual stage to the completion. There were in all 3 structures a G+3 structure on the periphery
and 2 Towers c-shaped of G+7 stories each in the center . This also resulted in creation of various landscape pockets.
