Situated on Pearl Qatar ( $10 billion artificial island development).
Key Responsibilities
 Monitoring production of shop-drawings ensuring compliance shop-drawings’
production and submittal schedule.
 Co-ordination between Architectural-Structural and Electro-mechanical shop
drawings.
 Review shop-drawings prepared by Draftsmen for completeness and accuracy.
 Initiate and prepare shop-drawings’ submittal for approval.
 Monitoring and control approved shop-drawings ensuring stamped with issued for
construction.
 Maintaining a register of shop-drawings identifying status of approval and ensuring
that original copies are maintained with Document controller.
 Ensuring that shop-drawings are updated as per the consultant comments and re-
issued for approval in a timely manner.
 Ensuring the preparation of Architectural as built drawings related to the company
scope of works and review for completeness and accuracy.
