We would have to clear away any sharp objects and put them in a safe place or in the bin. Risk Assessment: LIVINGROOM Risk Assessment Form: LIVING ROOM Activities: The living room will be a main scene/setting to the end of the film; the actress would drop her fork in surprise and drops her bottle of pills- which scatters over the living room floor. Location: Filming will take place in a house in London, Stepney Green Dates / times: January/December Hazards Who is Exposed Risk Control Measures Risk after control While filming and using the fork, the actress could hurt herself with the fork. During the photo-shoot we will need lighting, which requires cables therefore we need to be aware of our surroundings. The actor will have access to mini soft mattresses when being ‘thrown’ on to the floor as well as a stunt double to ensure to harm or injuries occur. Also, the director will ensure they are safe too when filming by making sure any unstable equipment and objects will be removed and replaced by stable ones to prevent accidents. Activity1 –Each individual activity you are proposing: Filming a flashback scene in which Mila’s other identity is stabbing one of her childhood bullies in the park to death.Also, filming Mila running away from corpse and getting caught on ‘security camera’ in the park. The actor,Mila, will be provided with a fake, retractable knife in order to achieve a similar effect of a dagger stabbing one’s body without harming the other. We will further ensure safety when filming by making sure any unstable equipment and objects will be removed and replaced by stable ones to prevent accidents. To add, we will make sure the area of the park that we are filming in is safe and prepared beforehand by removing any sharp or unwanted objects, as well as making sure the public are aware of the production we are making through signs and word of mouth. Therefore, the level of disruption and shock from public will decrease or be non- existent. In addition, there will be a trained First Aider on the premises at all times. Remote- 1 in 1000 chance.
