SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS - SR. PROJECT MANAGER, CAREFUSION, GCS
 Medical Systems Conversion, Expansion and Implementation Program: for leading Healthcare System in South-
eastern Virginia. Liaised with Account Executive and collaborated with corporate and facility Directors in a matrix
organization from vision to closure. Conducted initial assessments and provided detailed configurations for contract
consisting of 223 units. Achieved just-in-time delivery and accurate forecasting of $4.4 million in project revenue. Lead a
virtual cross-functional team of 12 internal and customer clinicians, analysts and engineers through detailed planning and
scheduling of overlapping phases, ongoing risk management, productive and timely communications and weekly status
reports to team and sponsors. Delivered successful program completion within scope, time and budget. Earned customer
satisfaction as evidenced by the customer’s survey response to “overall satisfaction with the implementation” rating of “10

 New Software / Add-on Product for Medication System Project: high visibility project for large Healthcare System in
Central, Western and Northern Virginia. Lead virtual cross-functional team of ten internal and customer engineers,
clinicians and analysts in testing, deployment and training on newly released software. Liaised with R&D on product
enhancement development that was then tested and deployed on my project. Instrumental in the development of customer
facing training plans and materials in addition to system design, policy and procedure and project schedule templates for
inclusion in corporate project management documents, tools and templates.

Project Manager, July 2015 – July 2016
Lead cross-functional teams and work groups for State health benefit program implementations as a contractor in the
Implementation Management Office of Anthem’s Government Business Division. During that time I expanded my experience
into the insurance industry and applied my project management knowledge and skills to achieve successful delivery of critical
components on three implementation projects. On two of my three projects I fulfilled the lead role in creation and management
of the MS Project Master Schedule. In that role I coordinated access, facilitated training and provided mentoring and basic user
support to the project team. I promoted the benefits of centralized information to foster ownership and improve compliance and
was successful in improving the user experience by requesting changes to standardize the view between applications. To support

Job sharing position for manufacturing, wholesale, homecare division of large healthcare system in Virginia. Assisted with the
software selection, setup, training, implementation and ongoing onsite support of the Macola Manufacturing/Accounting
software. Gave presentation to the directors of Sentara Enterprises on the CQI process that led to the selection and purchase of
