Medical Systems Conversion, Expansion and Implementation Program: for leading Healthcare System in South-
eastern Virginia. Liaised with Account Executive and collaborated with corporate and facility Directors in a matrix
organization from vision to closure. Conducted initial assessments and provided detailed configurations for contract
consisting of 223 units. Achieved just-in-time delivery and accurate forecasting of $4.4 million in project revenue. Lead a
virtual cross-functional team of 12 internal and customer clinicians, analysts and engineers through detailed planning and

Lead cross-functional teams and work groups for State health benefit program implementations as a contractor in the
Implementation Management Office of Anthem’s Government Business Division. During that time I expanded my experience
into the insurance industry and applied my project management knowledge and skills to achieve successful delivery of critical
