The adequate consumption of water:
 Improves your heart’s health
 Regulates the function of your intestine
 Helps the absorption of important
nutrients
 Improves the hydration of your skin
 Helps the elimination of toxic substances
in your body
 Improves your metabolism

Sleeping is as necessary as the food we
eat, the air we breath and the water we
drink for our health.
Having enough sleep is very important for
our growth and normal function of the
brain, it also helps us to deal with our
daily stress and obligations. Teenagers
need 8-10 hours of sleep during the night.
In order to go to bed without problems it
is recommended not to use mobile phone
or a computer at least an hour before
going to bed.

HEALTHY EATING
Good nutrition is the key to good mental
and physical health. A healthy lifestyle is the
most efficient method of maintaining your
health and reducing the risks of illnesses:
 Base your meals on starchy foods
 Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
 Eat more fish
 Cut down on saturated fat and sugar
 Eat less salt
 Don’t skip breakfast
 Go for lower-fat milk and dairy foods
 Limit fast food
 Choose healthier cooking methods like
steaming, grilling, baking and roasting
 Always verify the ingredients list from
the food label
