3. Project Purpose
• Our goal at BSPG is to locate patterns in real time open access data
indicating a high level of possibility for a nefastuous singularity
• In our case: harmful black swan events normally as
fi
rsts non
detectable through classical methods
• To warn to the incumbent authority the necessary moves to avoid the
forecasted realisation of these black swan events.
5. Problem
• Black Swan events are potentially causing a high number of casualties and destruction
of housing, facilities and natural resources..
• These large scale events occur on an unknown basis, at any given time.
• A tense period of threads induce an even higher risk of cross action complicating the
role of the emergency teams, detectable through our expert AI system
• The amount of damage following an uncontrolled event is many degrees of magnitude
higher than what results from a defused cause.
• No broad spectrum of detection is in use now, a few narrow
fi
elds are scanned with
speci
fi
c tools of physical measurements like tectonic danger, extreme weather forecasts
and pandemic evolution.
7. Solution
• The solution is to have a vigilante AI process tuned to the right sources
• Able to alert in time about a potential future event.
• Then alerts can be sent to the services in charge of a speci
fi
c domain
where an intervention is possible, suggested to avoid the thread.
• The prediction can save thousands or millions of lives on a year when
the system is tuned to rule out false positives.
9. Why Now?
• The help of AI is a game changer in the
fi
eld of risk assessment.
• The Pentagon issued a paper con
fi
rming the possibility to do so, and
another team is doing research in the same
fi
eld, but analysing cold
data and past events.
• The pandemic, the climate change are all factors indicating a recent
increase in uncertainties and in frequency and at the level of potential
fatalities.
• We must act now along lines decreasing the source of these threads.
11. Competition
• Extreme weather forecasts and WHO health alerts are focused on
speci
fi
c threads.
• BSPG is broad focused and has no actual challenger in his
fi
eld, as the
detection methods are novel.
• Our commitment to success is rooted in our state of the art method of
analyses and selection of data input.
13. The Product
• Proposed as a service, we focus our prediction tool on a speci
fi
c location, country,
region or part of a continent.
• The prediction is issued as a temporal and location-based issue. The type of event and
the likelihood included in the alert.
• Each geographic zone has its unique “laser focus” selected source of data containing
tensors to be processed into our AI system.
• The algorithms used have a common architecture, with a tuning linked to the speci
fi
c
stake of each client.
• The level crossing for the risk/probability ratio is directly proportionate to the quota of
risk tolerance in each client.
15. Business Model
• The system can be scaled to meet any country's needs.
• For implementation questions, Israël, Europe and USA are the
fi
rst
targeted customers, as our test-areas.
• After a one-time setup process, a yearly subscription is issued.
