Game Title
Call of Duty: Ghosts
Provide detailed descriptions from chosen examples that establish…
Clearly state what production technique(s) you think have
been used to create specific soundtrack elements
The game is set in the future, at the time of war and when the world is on the edge
of destruction. A group of people called the Ghost are fighting against the
Federation along with their old ally Rorke. Throughout the game you are trying to
win the war and defeat your ex ally. The game setting often varies as you travel
across the world and into space but there is always an aspect of action. There is also
a humorous side to the game as with a lot of Call od Duties.
The mood of the game is often quite upbeat as you are working to save the world
and you always succeed, though it can be sad at times as allies die and nerve racking
as well when things don’t go the way you planned.
The sounds used in the cut scene and in the game,
help to give the game a very unique, call of duty
style feel, most games feel similar in the
franchise. The games uses different sounds that
will have be recorded in real time before being
implemented into the game.
The sounds help to set the mood as they are very
action based.
