Landscape/Background
I have chosen these colors as my game will be
mainly set in dungeons therefore lots of the
surroundings will be quite dark, and the structures in
there will either be stone or a natural structure there
fore I have chosen more natural colors that you
would relate with trees and stone faces. However I
have included the pink and blue as the game is
fantasy I may include some magical essence and
there may be water sources.
Characters
The game being set in a alternate world which
resembles a medieval time period with some areas
of advanced tech, I have gone with colors that used
to be quite a luxury such as purple, but also gone
with grays and blacks as I have various charters that
may come from different background and
ethnicities.

7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
I may lose or break my memory stick with all
my current work saved on.
I will make sure I back my work up multiple
times so I always have a copy to fall back on if
the other gets corrupt. E.G I will email the work
to my self.
I may not have enough time with the
production as we have had multiple set backs
I will make sure I schedule my work properly as
well as working in my own time. I could also
make all the key parts of production at the start
therefore when it comes to the end if I am not
done I can still make due with what I have.
If I have any set backs such as weather
problems I may not be in.
I can take part in some of my work at home
such as research, evaluation and can draw some
of my production to try keep on track.
if I am ill or can not make it in for one or two
days and can not work at home.
I would have to make up the time for this
another day outside of lesson in my own time
such as lunches or after college hours.
using lots of pcs I may move from one room to
another and forget to send the work across or
back it up.
I will always make sure I do this before leaving
the room, but if it occurs I may be able to
collect it after lesson or during if the pc is free.

I will always make sure I keep the areas people
walk through clear putting stuff under the desks
and benches.
bringing drinks and food which are not
permitted may cause electric issues and other

I will make sure people only have water in the
classroom and keep food and other drinks out
at all times.
wires that are not well kept and tangle up can
cause trip and electrical hazard.
all wires will be kept out of peoples way and
reach in a organised manor so there is no fire
hazards.
working on a computer for along period of
time can generally cause eye strains and
headaches.
we will take regular breaks giving us some air
and time away from the screen, however some
people may require covers for there screen to
make the colours and light less intense.
sitting in the same place for along period of
time can cause back pains and neck strain.
all students are given an adjustable chair so
they can alter the seat to there comfort, and we
will also take regular breaks to stretch our legs.
