and mostly based on social and
football related topics, something that
should be considered when designing
the magazine.

not only the target audience’s
hobbies, but also include three main
types of content, these are sport,
fashion and music.

due to the majority of survey answers.

designing a magazine, although
when asked in a questionnaire most
would choose it to be as cheap as
possible or free.This however wasn’t
the case as over a third said that 1-2£
would be a reasonable price to pay.

important in relevance to the target
audience, in this case bright colours
were more relevant to a teen
audience.

When designing a magazine the
target audience should be taken into
account, in the case of teens bright
and flash colours take preference.
9. Magazine Reading Frequency

How often people read magazines
would indicate what the magazine
should contain and be priced at. In
this case, the results suggest
magazines are not read that often.

Some magazines offer freebies such
as posters, often in younger target
audiences. In the case of teens, and
what the results show is that freebies
would be popular.
