In particular how our ‘better value sooner safer happier’ continual improvement (previously known as ''Agile Transformation''), is centered around Outcomes, especially flow, where we measure Lead Time across the firm and send out monthly vector metrics to senior leaders. We also include insights on quality, control compliance and we have data on colleague engagement. Jon will also touch on Value and how we try to ensure that it’s not faster for the sake of faster.
